Domain Verification Issue
I created my Zoho account today. I am attempting to verify I own the Domain hroberthuke.com using the CNAME method. Following the instructions for Network Solutions (the domain manager), I was able to successfully navigate to the Add/Edit Host Aliases stage. The instructions provided by Zoho do not indicate whether I should keep the existing mail and SMTP aliases. Assuming I should keep them, I moved on to adding the zb******** alias provided by Zoho. Hello Support, I'm currently trying to send and being blocked from delivery to a domain hosted at Yahoo. June emails all unread and un-deleted over IMAP
The Zoho mail web interface shows the correct status of messages. Suddenly today, the last 3-4 weeks of messages in IMAP show up as unread, and my inbox and one other folder show hundreds of messages that had been deleted previously. Custom Domain Emails Being Treated as Spam
Hello all, I have a custom domain from GoDaddy that I setup using Zoho so that I can send e-mails from myname at customdomain.club. I set up DKIM, SPF and DMARC records on my custom domain and used mail-tester.com and received a score of 10 and it says these are correct. My problem is that any emails I send from this custom domain get treated as spam, but mainly by hotmail.com. this is just ridiculous, I can send emails but never receive any emails at all. I set everything up and when you call they act like they dont know their own service. How do i get this to work. I do not know waht the problem is, I do use Firefox, and after using computer for 30 years, to my recall the "mail to" has been always a problem for all which with the time got worse, because people tends more to use webmail.
