Timeout connecting to SMTP server
Hello, currently I can't send any e-mails via Thunderbird over smtp.zoho.com, there's always a server timeout. Until now the settings have worked fine. I've changed the port from 465 to 587 and back with no success. I also can't ping smtp.zoho.com. Receiving mails on the other hand works. Regards, Christian Schmidt

Vacation Reply not working
I configured my 'Vacation reply last' week and noticed that it's not responding to incoming e-mails. Configured it again today and tested it out by sending mails with different e-mail accounts and it's still not working. I have used it in the past and never had problems with it. Can you please look at the problem. I also noticed that the 'dd/MM/YYYY' for some reason changes to 'MM/dd/YYYY'. Perhaps this causes the problem at hand.

Hi, Some days ago my Email box is returning errors to send my emails. After I have configured DKIN and SPF. I sent an email at 21:09 Thursday and the recipients keep receiving it every half an hour. My sent box confirms this. How can I stop this before they kill me?

Apple Mail suddenly not working with Zoho IMAP
As of yesterday, I've been unable to access either the incoming our outgoing IMAP servers on Zoho via Mail on both iOS and macOS. I get an authentication error, though I have no trouble when I use the same password to check mail via Zoho's web interface. I have set various controls (via the control panel) such that certain emails are sent to quarantine. The number of messages is quite large and deleting them, 50 at a time, could take quite a while. POP email accounts disabled
i have a number of POP accounts which pull in emails from our web server. last week these were disabled by ZOHO following a problem with the server. despite numerous requests for the accounts to be re-instated, I have had nothing back from Zoho. I can access the emails via the server webmail, but not files and Ali am becoming extremely frustrated. the lack of communication is particularly annoying. please will someone from the mail team get in touch and inform me why the accounts cannot be reinserted.
