Not receiving mail from certain domain
There seems to be an issue when sending mail from engelskaherr.se (mail servers handled by loopia.se) to baltzar.com (our domain handled by zoho). Nothing arrives from the sender domain. Sending to other domains works. Also receiving from other domains works for both of the domains. I've checked the MX records and they seem to be in order.

Two Questions: How can I turn off the Admin Password Policy - When I logged on it said password had expired but I have not set up any policy's I cannot see where to remove this? This has also now caused failure to authenticate on my outlook, I enter the new password i created but it will not accept it? Thanks

Hello, I have set up split delivery from gsuite. I have one email address on gsuite that works fine. However my email on Zoho no longer receives emails. I can send emails from Zoho without an issue, just not receive them. Any help would be fantastic.

i asked a freelancer to create an info@ email address and he went ahead created two info@ and admin@ admin @ is the primary admin and i would like to delete it but it says i have no authority to delete and can only be deleted by super admin. can someone help delete this email address or can i create a completely new Zoho account because i view this quite suspiciously plus i don't want a second email address as it add on a layer of confusion for me that i don't need. please help with this.

Wrong mail display since the update
Hello, Since April 3rd, HTML mails are displayed wrong. Especially when tables are involved. For example: a table with a row containing 5 <td> is not displayed in 5 columns anymore. Instead, each td is 100% width and uses 5 rows to display. It only happens for mails sent after April 3rd, the mails before still display correctly.
