No longer able to delete mails via IMAP
Hi, the mail client I am using is no longer able to delete mails via IMAP resulting in all my mails being fetched over and over again. This has been working for years without problems but suddenly stopped working today. After having investigated it turns out that my client issues a STORE FLAGS command to replace all FLAGS with "\Deleted \Seen" before doing an EXPUNGE as any normal IMAP client would. As per RFC3501 your server responds with a FETCH with status OK, however, the flags are not replaced

We have about 20 zoho email addresses for our domain name@thesharkstail.com and for some reason we can no longer read or access our emails. They were working before but we think someone has accessed either our godaddy domain account or our zoho account and changed something that is now stopping them from working.. Error zoho mail, hidden message editor
It is not possible to send or reply to messages, webmail is not providing the text editor for the message, and returns the error "TypeError: Z.getContent is not a function" when trying to send the message.

5 users limit and no IMAP is a joke!
Guys, yo used to have 25 free users limit and allow to use IMAP in free account and I was pretty much happy with the service despite occasional IMAP and SMTP denial of service. I have just wasted an hour to setup a new account for a small startup only to find out that I can not add now more than 5 users and no IMAP? Hello, I have various emails in my inbox that need answering, when I go to do it the blank space you type on is not "live" and I cannot write my email. I think this might be dues to the fact that the emails are being flagged in zoho as spam. I am then unflagging them as spam and they are then being flagged as notifications and then i need to move them to the inbox How to i add my IP or email adrress as nott to be flagged as spam? smtp timeout when sending big files
hello, i am using zoho mail from outlook and when i send an e-mail with a big attachment (more than 5MB) I receive an error regarding smtp timeout. I can send the same file from webmail without problem. Also I can send smaller attachments from outlook without problems. My upload speed is a bit slow (about 700kbps) but should work
