Email Blocked after going over limit
I recently went over my storage limit for email and therefore had the address blocked. However, after some cleaning, I'm not at 98% and can't seem to get the address under the limit. I plan to continue cleaning, but thought by being under the limit it would no longer be blocked.

Hi, Last week I opened a new account on zoho.com. A day later I saw there is also an European version of zoho. I asked support for migrating my .com account to .eu, but that seems impossible. Support told me to open a European account with a different or sub domain. Today I opened a new account on zoho.eu, but having trouble verifying my phone number. It's not possible to use the same phonenumber I've used earlier for my zoho.com account.... So I tried my wives phonenumber, which gives this error:

MX records not updated
Hi, My domain is registered with GoDaddy and hosted on AWS. I added the MX entries as recommended, however the same does not seem to resolve the SMTP issue. I checked the same using mxtool as well. Any help will be appreciated. Regards Anant
Help! I stop getting pop email
I have been using Zoho mail just fine for about a year. I pull my mail to gmail and somehow I stopped getting pop email on Sep 22. If I go to zoho mail, I can still see those email that came it but pop mail is not downloading them. There was no indication there was a problem and I have not changed any setting. Please help.

I have a domain registered on Amazon AWS. I have added the MX records as given in the Route 53 in AWS. When checking the status of the same using MX toolkit, it shows"DNS Record not found". Some help on the procedure for the same would be helpful.

empty folders
For last week when accessing Zoho Mail with Chrome my Inbox has appeared to be nearly empty. It shows only the most recent individual mail or two, and none of the others that are also in there. I changed who manages my domain but can't change that in Mail
I moved my domain from name.com to godaddy.com recently and now all my mail has stopped functioning. It is because of this domain move. But I cannot find how to get into the Domain Setup screen, it says it's verified (which it was years ago), however it will not let me go back into that screen to do it over again. It's the top option "Verify Domain" and it has a green check next to it. The farthest up the menu I can go is Add Users. How do I change my domain info so it will resume working?
