Mail stopped working for about 4 days
Hi, I can´t use email for send or receive. It´s been like this for about 4 days. incoming: imappro.zoho.com port 993 SSL outgoing: smtp.zoho.com port 465 SSL When I do the test in Outlook 2016 and Outlook 2010 it ask me to enter the password all the time. Over the zoho.mail.com site I can log withou any problem. I tried in different networks and service providers, and the same issue is present. I need a resolution to this asap! Thanks Diego

Why am I suddenly NOT getting spam any more?!
I have my organisation spam filtering all set to "quarantine", apart from my blacklist, and until now I always see at least a few dozen spam emails a day (mostly SPF) in quarantine, which I review every day or two to let through any false positives before deleting the rest. However, a few days ago this suddenly changed, and now I'm getting virtually nothing at all in the quarantine, apart from the odd DNSBL. I know, I shouldn't complain about NOT getting spam! Pop Mail Not Working
I've tried everything I can to get my pop email on my iPhone to work and no luck. Sometimes it tells me the username and password are incorrect, which I have verified and know for a fact that's not true. I'm using my whole email address as the username. i've even tried using the ID number as my user ID with no luck. I've double and triple checked the server port numbers are correct and I'm using SSL. I have my accounts correctly working for years, and suddenly the stopped working on Outlook 2010. It´s popping all time the username and password for both imappro and smtp servers. Blocked Email
Hi there, I have my account blocked due to suspicious activities. Which, I don't understand. Currently, I'm using Zoho through my Gmail. I sent about 10 emails and I got blocked. All the correct configuration to work with this setup is being done following the Zoho guidelines itself. Is there anything I can do to speed it up the process of unblocking? Additionally, what can be done to not happen again? It already happened with a co-worker, which uses mail.zoho.com directly. I read the guidelines

Hi, I`m currently using Zoho email through Gmail. I follow all the guidelines supplied by Zoho on the setup and it worked perfectly until yesterday. I got blocked: 554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked I don't know the reason once I sent only around 10 emails. This is my main tool for work and I'm currently blocked to operate on a daily basis. Is there any way I can speed the unblocking process up? Moreover, how to avoid the same to happen again? Working on sales is natural to get the wrong email address

Hi, I have received a notice that may email is going to stop working because I have almost used all my 5GB of free storage. I deleted a lot of emails together with my junk mail but I could not make it work. Now I could neither receive nor send emails from my Mac Mail client. Because my pop account has been blocked.
