How do I Import Gmail messages?
I've tried downloading my mailbox contents from Google, but that gives me an mbox file when Zoho's import only takes .eml. I've looked for tools to convert, but there are no free ones. I've looked at pulling in my archived messages using Pop3, but get authentication errors (I've triple-checked my password and username). Google doesn't support migration to Zoho, and I can't find any information here on setting up Pop3 to import Gmail messages. So what do I do? I feel like it shouldn't be this hard

Incoming mail not working for all senders
Apparently they checked that DNS settings are fine, which I suspected, and ... that in fact I should be receiving mail. Hm. ... Then they asked for the specific sender's mail address. Should have mentioned that this sender has no problems sending to and being received by other Zoho mail accounts. So I am not any closer to a solution. My incoming emails marked as read
Hi. Previously I had the same situation but id disappared suddenly as appeared and I couldn't fix the reason. Problem is that my incoming emails are marked as read after some time (few minutes). My email clients can't be that reason because I've turned them off for some time. My colleagues that are also on my domain don't have such problem. today for one of the @colorex.lv domain users lost e-mails. Zoho system asked for password, but password wasn't changed. Hi I have input foreign character in my zoho mail and it seem all right but when i sent it then i checked up in my sent folder that the character was all in garbled. The English was fine but not other than that. The content was showing something like ?????...???? Please fix it ASAP as we got customer not only from English speakng countries. It was working well but not the recent time.

Hi there We have had a few emails this morning that have gone straight to trash and not appeared in the inbox. They have been forwarded to a second email - and arrived there safely, but there doesn't appear to any reason why they have gone straight to trash. Any suggestions.

Incoming mail blocked and purchasing paid subscriptions
I disabled an account by accident (ncamacho@gre....) when I re-enabled it, incoming mail is disabled and I can not enable it. Can someone please help? Also I attempted to switch to a paid version but it's asking me to purchase licenses for the disabled accounts. Is there a way to get paid subscription for enabled accounts only? I didn't want to delete the accounts as we are unsure if we will need access to emails from one or more of those accounts in the future. I know office 365 allows you to disable

Zoho mail login problem
Every time I open Zoho mail wab page it doesn't auto login. I have to manually login every time. After starting two factor authenticator option, the problem becomes worse. Now every time I want to login I have to give the authenticator code as well though it says it will not bother for 180 days. Hope Zoho IT team will find my account problems and fix it as soon as possible.

Dear Concern, I am using Zoho mail plugin for one of my wordpress website. Zoho handles all the email delivery of the website. I have integrated Eventespresso with my website. Whenever a user registers in the website, he gets a notification via email. Sometimes it takes 4-5 minutes to receive the email and sometimes it takes 1-2 hours to receive the email. Get Undelivered emails via API
Ahoi there My website sends emails via the Zoho's SMTP from my email account and when they're undelivered I see them flagged with a red exclamation mark in the "Sent" box. This has caused me today some bounces that disabled my account for a few minutes. I want to track these messages with the api and temporarly block from sending emails to them and show a warning to the user - is that possible via the api to get a list of undelivered emails? Incoming mail going to different alias

I use these alias emails in Gmail account, when I send an email from one at times I get reply at different address which is not related at all.
