Import emails from Gmail
Hello, I am trying to import 500Mb emails from Gmail. Emails are .eml files extracted with Gmail backup. I split these 500Mb emails in .zip files less than 50Mb. So I have 10 .zip to import. 3 first .zip files were imported correctly in a zoho folder named "Gmail". When I try other files there are no imported email anymore. Is there a size limit in importing files? Maybe ... I there some contents in .eml files which could stop importing process? I dont think so ... Please help me. Zoho is better

not all emails showing for linked pop account
Hi I recently linked a second Zoho account to the view of my main account, so I could toggle between the two easily. Great feature, but it seems that emails only until 19th of Dec 2017 have loaded onto the added account view. I've logged into the added account separately to ensure there are more recent emails that should be visible. Can you please advise on this? Thanks

Outlook 2013
I have one Zoho account with two aliases (two different domain names). How can I configure the redirection/forwarding of this account to Outlook 2013 that there were two different accounts/two different domains . In the Outlook, emails must come to the account according to the domain name.

My emails send every few seconds, and I do not know why. What should I do?
Search messages for embedded pictures
My customers keep sending pictures embedded in emails instead of as an attachment. If I need to find the pictures later it involves scanning each message one by one. Is there a way to search for messages that contain embedded images? These are retail customers so there is no training them to just attach the images, which are easy to search for.
Unable to configure my email address with POP in Outlook
I am able to configure my email address in outlook using IMAP, however, using the same credentials I am unable to configure it using POP. I have used the correct server names and ports and everything.

IMAP access for free accounts (grandfathered?)
It seems IMAP access was turned off recently for new accounts in the Free tier. I understand why you had to do it, but my question is if it has also been turned off for ALL free accounts or just new ones? I've had an account for 10 months now and it works great, but it would suck if I suddenly could not use IMAP. Thanks.

Mail Account Not Active after adding recovery email.
Hi, I have emailed zohomail.com hours ago. No update yet. I am hoping posting here will help. Not sure why, but I logged in, I was prompted to add recovery email (i already had one) so I guess system wanted two. So I did. After that logged out and then tried logging back in but my Account went Inactive, cannot use mail app/zoho email. Later on my Account got disabled. Now I was able to login in trying to post here on the help forum but mail still doesn't work. Please help! This is my business email.

I've change my phone number and I can't access my account anymore

Changing Phone # to Primary?
Hi, I had two zoho accounts for different domains, each with a different and valid phone number for verification. I have since deleted one of the accounts completely. I then added the second phone number to the first account, which worked fine. Multiple Filter Forwardings Seem Only Working for the First One
Hello, I've configured three filter forwardings for my mails but it seems like only the first mail address received them. I'm sure I did not check the "Do not process other filters." option. BTW, the email forwarding in "Mail Account" section is always working.
