How to Get Older UI Version of Zoho Mail for New Users ?
Hi all ! Last week I recently signed up to Zoho Mail with one of my newly acquired domains, and the webmail defaults to the newer UI version. I despise the newer UI version and I'd very much like to get the "Older Version", however there is no "Older Version" button in the upper row towards the right-hand-side. However with my other domain using Zoho Mail that I signed up a few years back, I can switch to-and-fro from the older and newer version with ease. So my question is, why are new users of

Hello everyone, ZOHO allow e-mail templates with CSS at style tag? I'm trying send e-mails with <style> tag but at Sender folder it does't load any CSS. There's a way to fix it or a automatic in-line conversion to do? I'm using more than 50 templates in style tag with <header>. I don't see Gmail and Hotmail stripping header css actually. Regards.

SPF entry warning
I have setup everything for email from my own domain. However, still after three days it shows me the following warning: SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure SPF to ensure better email delivery. I was wondering if the entry is really incorrect or if there is something else going wrong. Can anyone from Zoho have a look?
How do I verify my shopify domain or unsubscribe from this service?
I have been trying to verify my domain for the last 2 days but the instructions may as well be in another language. I'm not a programmer, I'm not a web developer, I don't understand tech lingo but I managed to find some step by step instructions in plain English but it still wouldn't verify. I tried the HTML because that seemed to be the easiest way to verify, but no matter what I tried it kept failing. I followed the zoho and the shopify instructions as well as the trouble shooting suggestions.

Can not print mail
I am running Windows 10 using Edge browser. I can only see mail in split view. Double clicking on the mail in the left column does nothing. I select "more options", "print" and I get a pop-up of the email with a print icon on the top right. I click the icon and the pop-up page closes and my split view screen re-loads and the mail does not go to the print que. I never had this problem before. If I use Firefox in the same way the email will print.

Email viewing
When looking at my inbox I try to click an email to view it's content. It use to open a half tab and I could view the content of the highlighted email on one side of the half tab and my full inbox on the other side of the half tab. Now when I click on an email the half tab shows for about a second then disappears. It works on all computer except my primary office computer running Apple OS 10.6. Cannot enable DKIM or SPF as requested.
I've copied and pasted both the SPF entry and the DKIM selector as new TXT entries in the DNS manager on my registrar (1&1 internet.) both show up there as saved but I cannot verify them from the zoho control panel. I also tried this at the beginning of the year with no results, so i don't think it's the 72 hour grace period window.

old emails missing
I have seen some other threads indicating to check the archive for old emails, but I have it set up to not archive anything, and I cannot find an archive anywhere to look at. A lot of my old messages are gone - whole folders of emails, vanished. Does zoho automatically delete messages after a certain amount of time? I sure hope not!! Thanks, -Paul

It says my account is blocked because I have exceeded my limit however I have only used 5% of my allowance. Out of Office for multiple emails on one account
Hi Looking for some advice/guidance if possible. I have a few different email addresses (i.e. hello@... Contact@... etc) through my Zoho mail account and I would like to sent up an automated Out Of Office Reply that will respond to emails incoming to all of those addresses as they all come to a single inbox. I have worked through the panel for setting the out of office responder and can only seem to get it to work for one single email address (the main one, i.e. name@...) and not all of them simultaneously

Newb that needs help please. I've been using zoho for my mail for quite some time. I have several emails but I (misspelled one ).
