I have been trying to figure out a fix for about a week now and I haven't found one on my own so I am going to ask for help on here. After checking all the settings and even resetting my password for the email used for WHMCS it still says: Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: data not accepted. There has to be a setting to change the fact that when a message is displayed, the software automatically switches the message from bold "unread" to non-bold "read" status. In Outlook, there's a setting to give the reader a minute (or two) before the message is marked as "read". I'm constantly having to mark "read" messages are "unread".....doing this daily! Hello, Up until recently I've been using a handly feature to list all mails from sender available when someones email was right-clicked. Not anymore, as even though the menu option is still there it opens a new tab saying No messages matched your Search. Last week, I was able to add 2 accounts using Exchange ActiveSync via the Outlook App for iOS. Just today, I can't seem to add an email account. Using the iOS Mail App, it works ok. I am using the regular configuration with msync.zoho.com for server. Just to add, I know how to do this since I was able to do so for two other accounts. It works on iOS Mail App and not on Outlook App. It was working before. There is no problem with the password as it works on the web and via iOS Mail App. ActiveSyncAuthentication issue

Cannot login to IMAP all of a sudden
This morning in Australia my Android and MacOS email clients can no longer login to IMAP. It's asking for a password. This has not happened before. Is there a technical issue? I can still login from the web browser though.Thunderbird no longer receiving emails
Since 8.15 am yesterday. Three machines all running Thunderbird. Three different ISP's. Emails in inbox are no longer downloading (sporadically they do then stop again). I can send but messages do not appear in the sent folder. Webmail working OK. AndroidEmail fetching/downloading from IMAP Problem.
Ive been trying to fix a fetching problem with my IMAP on Zoho Mail in a month now. I cannot manage it to sync eventhough everything says succesful, Then i deleted IMAP and added again. But now my Folders does not even show up. I have no idea. ThanksIMAP not syncing
Since yesterday (at least that's when I first noticed it) my IMAP clients on my MacBook and iPhone aren't syncing properly with Zoho. Looking on webmail I see messages from today that are just not appearing in my mail client on my devices. It just seemsWhy is Zoho support so bad?
We all noticed the IMAP failure last week (see previous threads) We all discussed it on this community site and yet no-one from Zoho support seemed to notice. All of their "status" pages showed nothing wrong (I guess they are fixed to show green/working?)
