Unable to receive mails

Unable to receive mails

So I manage the company's mail.
And for like a week now we have been unable to receive mails. 
Clients say they send mails, but we did not receive any.

To confirm I even sent a mail from my personal email to the company's but it did not drop in the company's mail.

What went wrong?
