Screen Shot Paste function not working in zoho chat (Cliq) -
Hi, One of the most useful feature is direct paste of windows screen shot in Zoho chat, but it is not working now in Firefox Browsers. In Chrome its working fine.

Very Impressed So Far Just A Couple Of Questions

Get Undelivered emails via API
Ahoi there My website sends emails via the Zoho's SMTP from my email account and when they're undelivered I see them flagged with a red exclamation mark in the "Sent" box. This has caused me today some bounces that disabled my account for a few minutes. I want to track these messages with the api and temporarly block from sending emails to them and show a warning to the user - is that possible via the api to get a list of undelivered emails? Hi, Using basic membership I have setup 11 domains of mine so far. I use these alias emails in Gmail account, when I send an email from one at times I get reply at different address which is not related at all.
