3rd party email clients not working after SPF and DKIM setup
I have configured my SPF and DKIM settings for my account on the DNS settings at GoDaddy, and verified the DKIM on dkimcore.org. I have used the shortened version of the public key, "zoho._domainkey" per the instructions. After verifying everything, all my email clients ( Outlook, MailBird, and Bluemail ) had error messages. Catchall Not Working Like It Used To
Hey Guys, So today I ran into an issue I've never seen before. I purchased a new domain, and set it up as an add-on to my account as per usual. Everything is set up correctly, and working fine, but when I try to add a catchall I'm not being given the option to choose an email address that's NOT my primary domain email. Typically I was able to set up a domain, then go to catchall, and set it for pete@thedomain.com, this time, I can only choose from pete@primarydomain.com. Attempting to add it manually

I have noticed that it takes quite a while before new mails finally enter into the inbox. In fact, I have often fallen back on other mail services that I still use to retrieve mails that have been sent to me. Is there a way to make my inbox refresh more often?

Hello, I recently changed my hosting provider. I add the fields txt, spf and mx in the DNS zone (new provider: hostinger), but I can not add CNAME code because I do not see it in the control panel. In conclusion, I can only send emails but I can not receive any. The domain is verified, also the mx registers, SPF and DKIM fields. Please help.

I have a situation where I run a youth team and I have parents entered as contacts, Id like to have the option to make 2+ emails primary on one contact so when I send out group emails it sends to all emails within the one contact and not just the one marked primary. DOes that make sense?

Spam from my own domain
I'm receiving an excessive amount of spam 1000+ messages a day. They are all supposedly coming from my domain name, but I'm the only user so I'm confident it's not the case. The emails are usually myname1@mydomain.com, myname2@mydomain.com etc etc. Zoho is doing a great job at filtering over 99% into my Spam folder, but I wondered if there was a way of permanently deleting any emails that come from my domain, except for known mailboxes. We are having issues with one of our email accounts (ex........@og......com), when sending mails it gives an error and says that account needs to be unblocked. I have logged in online and gone to trouble shooting and there are no accounts listed in Unblock section. I have read that this could be due to many emails being sent from this address, however this is impossible, as max is 20 today. What is the issue with this?

Hi All, I'd like to have a email signature with images and contact information. I thought a table in the signature is the way to go... One cell for the image and one for the details. For the pmi-thumbchapter.org domain in zoho mail, we have added orchid-ortho.com in the whitelist domain in zohomail cPanel. However, still the emails sent from @orchid-ortho.com email address gets quarantined when it reaches to the zohomail of pmi-thumbchapter.org . How can we fix this?
