535 Authentication Failed
Hi For some reason I have been hitting the above issue when using SMTP. I have not changed any settings on my side and have stayed away from 2 factor authentication and setting up an application specific password. Any pointers? thank you.

Im new in the platform, the company gave me to administrate the "contact@kittenuniverse.com" mail. I started using it and I realize it can't receive any of the mails that are send to this zoho mail. Someone can help me?

Hello! When I initially set things up, it looked like SPF and DKIM were working. I got e-mails just fine and they'd mostly get through where I wanted them to go when I sent them. I've constantly had the little notifications showing they weren't working. I figured since I could receive e-mails I wouldn't worry about it. But today I thought I'd try to fix it. Standard vs Free
If I bought standard plan for my main account, can I still use free accounts for my domain and additional domains I add? I want to add an additional domain to my account but it says I have to upgrade. Is it possible to only upgrade my account, add a new domain and use that domain with free users?

not all emails showing for linked pop account
Hi I recently linked a second Zoho account to the view of my main account, so I could toggle between the two easily. Great feature, but it seems that emails only until 19th of Dec 2017 have loaded onto the added account view. I've logged into the added account separately to ensure there are more recent emails that should be visible. Can you please advise on this? Thanks

Search messages for embedded pictures
My customers keep sending pictures embedded in emails instead of as an attachment. If I need to find the pictures later it involves scanning each message one by one. Is there a way to search for messages that contain embedded images? These are retail customers so there is no training them to just attach the images, which are easy to search for.
Unable to configure my email address with POP in Outlook
I am able to configure my email address in outlook using IMAP, however, using the same credentials I am unable to configure it using POP. I have used the correct server names and ports and everything.

Mail Account Not Active after adding recovery email.
Hi, I have emailed zohomail.com hours ago. No update yet. I am hoping posting here will help. Not sure why, but I logged in, I was prompted to add recovery email (i already had one) so I guess system wanted two. So I did. After that logged out and then tried logging back in but my Account went Inactive, cannot use mail app/zoho email. Later on my Account got disabled. Now I was able to login in trying to post here on the help forum but mail still doesn't work. Please help! This is my business email.

Apple Mail client authentication error
My Mail app running on an iMac was working okay but now has an authentication error that prevents it connecting. The error message is 'Unable to verify account name or password'. I have checked all the settings (which were unchanged) and also deleted and reset up the account details but keep getting this message. I can connect to the mailbox successfully using the same credentials on my iPhone.

2 Factor Auth and Firefox
I have been using Zoho Mail for over a year now w/o any issues. Recently, I enabled 2 factor auth on my account, and now I cannot authenticate while using firefox.
