Hi I recently linked a second Zoho account to the view of my main account, so I could toggle between the two easily. Great feature, but it seems that emails only until 19th of Dec 2017 have loaded onto the added account view. My customers keep sending pictures embedded in emails instead of as an attachment. If I need to find the pictures later it involves scanning each message one by one. Hi, I have emailed zohomail.com hours ago. No update yet. I am hoping posting here will help. Not sure why, but I logged in, I was prompted to add recovery email (i already had one) so I guess system wanted two. So I did.
