Incoming Mail Disabled
Hi, I'm having difficulty with a couple of Zoho mail accounts, having disabled a couple of email accounts, I am unable to re-enable the Incoming mail service - the following message appears "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only." The email accounts in question are: info[at]harlequinstageschool.co.uk and annika[at]harlequinstageschool.co.uk Any help on getting these re-enabled would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

Hi, I cannot add external members to a group. I disabled Streams and I know it takes a while because I'm on a free plan but it's getting long and I absolutely need it now to be able to run my business. This also doesn't work with Zoho email addresses.

i can not create mailbox alias with error "Alias Email Id already exists". but on user details, has no relasi@setaukita.com. it doesn't exists yet.. but why can not create "relasi@setaukita.com"?

The SPF record verification fails
I have set the SPF record for my domain correctly, according to zoho's SPF configuration guide. Also I used some tools to check my SPF record, and all showed it is correct. But the control panel still shows that I haven't finished the verification. So how to deal with it? Thanks in advance.

The current user can see all the created email address in zoho from Contacts/My Organization contacts My question is, is there a way to hide some particular email address, like sercetly_hired_agent@domain.com from this contact list? Seeing multiple Zoho Accounts in one mailbox
I have taken free email plan from Zoho and created 2 mail accounts in control panel. I want to see both the mail accounts in single Zoho mailbox to avoid logging out and logging in. In settings I see the option to add POP3 account but not Zoho account.

MX Records take ages to verify.
It has been at least a half day since I had this problem, and it still exists. I tried removing and re-inserting them once, but it was ineffective. I've now decided to leave them as is. Even Zoho Toolbox's DNS records are visible to me on other webs
