Cordial saludo, He intentado por todos los medios habilitar los correos salientes de las cuentas de correo y no ha sido posible, me pueden ayudar por favor necesito solución urgente, cuando ingreso me ingreso a la plataforma me aparece que entrante esta deshabilitado, intento activarlo pero me dice que es una opcion de pago, sera que me pueden ayudar, es algo urgente no recibo correos desde hace muchos dias debido a este problema. sac@tripclub.com.co ventas1@tripclub.com.co ventas2@tripclub.com.co

Super Admin Change
Good afternoon, I have already sent emails to both support@zohomail.com and support@zohoaccounts.com with no answer yet. I am the owner of certain domain which is associated with the Zoho Mail service. The current Super Admin is no longer in charge of the mail service administration, however he refuses to give up his roles and privileges. Is there a way to change the Super Admin of Zoho Mail other than asking the Super Admin to do it (because this person refuses to do so)? Regards, J

Problems with DKIM and related set-ups
Am new to Zoho. I am not really a techie and am having problems - the processes seem quite overwhelming. I thought that I had set up SPF correctly but in the notifications, I am notified that I need to verify SPF. Now I was trying to set up DKIM but the process as explained is unclear when it comes to the second step i.e. 'creating a text record in my DNS with the title as ... I am just lost.
Adding email account with Zoho mail hosting without creating new user
I want to add different mail accounts (marketing, sales, etc.) to keep things separate in Zoho Mail. The only way I see to add an email is to create a new user, but I am the only user.
CNAME ZB
I have a domain Qualyval.com, the domain was verified 3 years ago. Recently, I lost control of my domain and after regaining control all the settings were reset. As a result, I lost CNAME. Now to activate email, I need to enter CNAME in godaddy DNS. Please can you urgently mail me the CNAME ZB code to rai.pramod@gmail.com P.S: Don't say that your domain is already verified and hence there is no need for CNAME. CNAME is required for DNS setting without which emails will not be delivered. Many thanks.

Problem verifying DKIM and SPF for domain
Hi, I am hosting domain selectedvpn.com on Zoho. Everything seems to be in order with SPF and DKIM, but I cannot verify it. For SPF, I tried several external services and they say everything is OK. For DKIM, I created record that exactly matches what is in my generated key. Any ideas or suggestions ?

Hi There I signed up for the Enterprise plan and I would like to setup multiple emails on three different domains. I set my main user up and added the other two domain emails as subdomains. Will this work or do I have to buy a user for each domain? Thanks

Hi, I sent an invitation to my friend (using the zoho invitations) to register with zoho mail. He has now completed everything required. I can´t find a solution how I delete Email alias on a mail account. I have for the moment a Zoho email as alias and this is the first email-adress when I write a new email. I want to take this away and have my own primary adress as default. I have registered it as primary, but the other one is first.

Could the delete spam option be improved on the admin pages
Currently, Zoho is doing a good job of moving spam into the holding folder, but selecting all for deletion does not work well as the site will only allow a selection of 100 or less messages to be processed. The result is that I (and guess others) do not empty the folder as it takes far to much work.
Cancel Subscription & Close Account
I'm posting this here as you have not responded to my emails. I've been trying to cancel our subscription and close our ZOHO account as per https://adminconsole.wiki.zoho.com/accounts/Closing-Account.html but I cannot delete the orginisation without cancelling the subscription and cancelling the subscription does not work - I get a message "Subscription cancellation failed".
