1 User Multiple Accounts
I would like to have 1 user who can access multiple email accounts, each associated with a different domain. Here is my current situation: 1. I have one user (me) called rod@rodneyhowell.com Control Panel>User Details>Mail Accounts shows my default email as rod@thenatureofzen.com. I do not see a way to change this. Further down the page is "Mailbox Address" and next to it is the email address rod@thenatureofzen.com with "change" beside it. Clicking on change brings up a selector but the only option

Admin Removing Super Admin
Hello there, Recently I made another user as admin to manage other emails in my absence. However, as a super admin, I found out that this admin can change my own (super admin) email password - thus controlling everything. I think this shouldn't be allowed to admins to change super admin's email passwords. Please let me know how can I keep control over this while admin can manage only users, not the super admin. How do I cancel my account? All the instructions are out of date!
All the instructions to cancel an account are out of date on Zoho's help pages (I have a free Mail account and I transferred my domain over). First, when I go to "Settings," and then "Close Account," I get an error message saying that: "You are an administrator of your organization : "[mydomain]" . How do you change super admin default email?
I made a mistake when I created the email for the first time as the super admin. I used myname@gmail.com and also all@mydomain.com but now I want to use myname@mydomain.com as the super admin so I can use all@mydomain.com for other things. How do I do that? Is that possible to switch? I do not see the option to change the default email away from all@mydomain.com. :( Please advise. I appreciate your help on this. Thank you.

Trouble with Group and Email Policy
Hello everyone, I reached out to support about this, but I've yet to hear back from them. I've never tried the forum before so I thought I would give it a shot. I am new to ZOHO and just getting setup with Zoho Workplace. I created a user (test.user@mydomain.com) and set the user to be a member of a group I created called Interns (interns@mydomain.com). I took a new domain and would like to use it in Zoho mail and CRM. Unfortunately, I can't register it since it's already registered in zoho by previous owner of the domain. when I go to add the SPF on my Hostgator CPANEL , I go to Advanced DNS> then select my domain and then Add a Record TXT Then I have to add NAME when I put @ i get a error. Can't add a new user
Hi. In Control Panel -> User Details I have registered 3 users in addition to the primary account. All of them can receive and send mails. However I'm trying to create a user asesorias@meta7.com.mx and I get an error message: "The user is already invited". If I go to the Invitation list the user has a "Pending" status. Why this user was invited instead of created? I don't have a way to use that email. For that reason I can't accept the "invitation". Please check my 2 attached images for better understand.
