DNS Management
I am SO frustrated! I am trying to connect my domain to Wix and now I am not able to receive emails nor connect to Wix. I followed the instructions step by step and for about 2 days everything was working. Once I added another mailbox to my Zoho Mail then that's when everything stopped working. Is there any way to set my DNS settings back to the default settings so that I can start all over? Is there any free support available to check my DNS settings for me and set it back to the default settings?

Host not reachable when sending
Hi, We're having issues sending to certain domains from Zoho. The problem only seems to be happening with 1 email account in our system, and it only happens when sending a 'fresh' email. We don't have any issues when replying to a message. This is the error message: "Temporary failure when delivering email to the recipients. Emails in queue will be retried automatically." The message never actually sends. I've tried deleting the user account and then re-creating it, but that hasn't solved the problem.
zmail protocol open sourced?
Will zoho be the only source of apps for the new email fetching protocol? Or will projects such as Thunderbird or K-9 be able to support them without incurring a licensing fee? By Zmail I refer to whatever protocol ZohoMail app employs to fetch and send email on zoho accounts without IMAP or SMTP.

Trouble understanding custom domain email setup
I proceeded with defining and verifying a custom domain email configuration thinking I was defining an aliasing, redirection setup where, for instance, mail set to my_name@my_domain.whatever would be redirected to my_name@zoho.com. Instead, the process is asking me to define a user account at my_domain.whatever. As near as I can tell, I'm not setting up anything close to what I intended. Have I done something wrong, or is there no support for what I want?
Group ID's not appearing in the "From" dropdown menu.
Hi I am trying to get group e-mail IDs to appear in the "From" field's drop-down menu for those members within that group. I have tried making sure the field "Send as Group" is set to "Allow" for the users. Also in the advanced settings for the group the check-box for "Allow members of the group to send email using Group Email Address as From address." is checked. But the group ID's are not appearing in the "From" drop-downs. Am I do something incredibly stupid here or have I missed something

Hi I have tried setting up DKIM The 3rd party validity link checks out OK. I created a type "TXT" entry in my DNS Management in GoDaddy using a "Name" field of <selector>._domainkey and pasting the full text of the key in the "Value" field in GoDaddy However when I press the "Verify" button in Zoho Mail the following message returns...."We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now...." Timeout connecting to SMTP server
Hello, currently I can't send any e-mails via Thunderbird over smtp.zoho.com, there's always a server timeout. Until now the settings have worked fine. I configured my 'Vacation reply last' week and noticed that it's not responding to incoming e-mails. Configured it again today and tested it out by sending mails with different e-mail accounts and it's still not working. I have used it in the past and never had problems with it. Can you please look at the problem. I also noticed that the 'dd/MM/YYYY' for some reason changes to 'MM/dd/YYYY'. Perhaps this causes the problem at hand.
