Some emails from my inbox are gone
Dear team Hope you're doing well. I opened my mail this morning and I noticed that my inbox only contains emails until Nov 16th 2017. Not sure what happened from Nov 17th 2017 to date. Some friends have sent test emails and I'm receiving right now. Sent emails are ok, however inbox is affected. Also happening in my mobile, no access to emails in inbox on previous mentioned period of time. Thanks for your help.

We are Zoho One users. We have 30 accounts. We would like to migrate our mail to Zoho mail. The biggest concern is about "SPAM". We would hate our 30 users complaining about getting tons of SPAM in their inbox. Sent Items folders not syncing on Thunderbird
HI, I run TB on multiple devices, since the middle of September all the devices have stopped synchronising the sent items folders, all mail is received and sent correctly and stored in my zoho webfolders. I recently lost out a MAJOR opportunity because the potential was not receiving my emails. They thought I was unresponsive and flaky. Cannot Access Superadministrator account [removed google oauth credentials]
Created a zoho mail account for a friend but accidentally used my google oauth to create the account and log in. I didn't want my name or google account attached, so once I logged in I made my friend the superadministrator with the email address that I just created for him on zoho and removed my own google credentials from the profile. Hi, So I have a distribution list which myself and a few others send emails to because we are managing a club and that's a list of all the members. However whenever a new member joins or someone leaves, it becomes a hassle for everyone to coordinate and remove or add someone on their own account. Automatic Reminder in ZOHO Mail Calendar?
Hi, I know it's possible to manually set reminders for each event, but I would want this to be done automatic for all events in my calendar. I've read a few threads where this can be found in Settings - but I don't have this as an option here. See the attached image. Hello, I am using zoho workplace and I am new to it. When I go to https://mail.zoho.eu/zm/#contacts and try to create a new contact with some czech characters (e.g. Klára), the czech character is gone, when I save it (Klra) My account is set to czech language, and display language is also set to czech.
