Invalid password
Hello, Since begining of this week, i have no acces of my mails on zoho.. When i try to connect in my account "admin@pfpronos.fr" i got "invalid password" but i never change-it, and when i try to reset my password, zoho send link for reset in the "admin@pfpronos.fr" but i have no acces to thos mail.. this is so paradoxal.. what can I do to recover my password? unblocked account but outlook stopped working
I am not able to use outlook to send/receive mail. It just stopped today.. had been working for a long time. I verified the poppro SSL settings, and did an unblock in the control panel on martin@mjdproperties.com webmail works, but Outlook still rejecting authentication. please help!

Impossible to recover signing up process
I have started the process to sign up for a new domain and I didn't get to validate the mobile number asociated to the domain. Now I got the validation code but I can't find the page to validate it. Besides, it's impossible to sign up again with the same data because the domains appear to be already registered and there the password I used to sign up doesn't work because the mobile number hasn't been validated. I wanted to add 2 more email accounts but to my surprise, it wont let me. Wont let me add my domain (tells me it already exists) but my admin@unfoldyourownstory.com is still working as usual, although it wont show in the control panel. Im so confused right now. Please help!

Hi, I'm new to Zoho. I've looked at some other threads and I have my mailbox enabled in the domain settings, I have the same email address in the "send mail as" settings in Zoho as I do in my outlook. I'm using outgoing smtp port 465, SSL and box ticked for "This server requires an encrypted connection" and also on the the "Outgoing server" tab I have ticked "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. I still get the error those after making those changes.
