Emails not received in the Zoho mail account for my domain
Hi, I am able to send emails successfully from my zoho emails (for the domain: www.icandawah.org) but cannot receive messages. Senders do not see any warning about the undelivered messages. However, nothing is coming into the inbox. Can you kindly check. Kind Regards, Nabeel
Setting up Android 7.0 with Exchange
Hi, I've been trying to setup exchange with Android and seem to be running into a problem where I can't seem to connect. The user ID is my email address, using a one time password, connecting to msync.zoho.com on port 443 but I can't seem connect. It keeps telling me that y username or password is incorrect. I recently started getting the following error when trying to send an email on my android via K9 mail: Failed to send some messages - Negative SMTP reply: 553 The issue happens only on my zoho mail account when using K9 Mail on Android. My gmail account seems to be fine (also on K9). No issues with my zoho mail account using Outlook or other mail clients. The message in question gets moved into the Drafts folder. When I refresh the Draft folder - it vanishes without a trace. I am logging this issue
Only 1 email account showing on laptop
I have quite a number of email addresses in my Zoho Account. On my PC three appear down the left hand column and when I click on the ... a window appears listing the other emails. When I use my 15" laptop this window only shows 1 single email addess at a time and when scrolling up and down using the arrows you miss some emails. Is there any way to make this window deeper to show more emails ? Is it possible to have more than 3 email accounts left in the unused space at the bottom of the left hand

Exchange Migration - Session is Invalid Error

I have done this before with no problems but now it is giving me an error that says "Session is invalid, could not able to get mailbox." Email blocked after full storage

Hi, I set up an email account for business where I am communicating with my clients under customercare@mycompany.com. Unfortunately, when the client receives the email, it states my name! So although I'm responding from my Customer Care account, the client still receives my actual name. How do I make the customercare@mycompany.com be the only email information received by my clients? It would be very helpful if you add (in the future) symbols in the Compose mail. You know, symbols like currencies, copyright etc. like the Microsoft Word symbols. For know, you only have smileys.

It appears incoming mail to our account is being bounced ? We have mx.zoho.com set as the MX, but I notice your help pages now use .eu - has something changed ? Exchange ActiveSync in Outlook 2013
Hi - as you may be aware, Outlook 2013 (currently in preview) now supports EAS. However I am unable to connect Zoho; I get the error message "The server is unable to be found". EAS is logging in - if I type in the wrong password it fails with a password error instead. So the error seems to be happening after login. Can you please advise? Thanks.
Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender
My website uses a function that automatically dispatches an email to me (admin) when a buyer clicks a button in their account page. This button is made so that they can confirm they've received their item/service, and my site relies heavily on it. It used to send from their email to me, but after moving to Zoho, it disallowed this relay so I had to simply change the From email. Unable to receive some emails
Good Day I have been noticing that some emails doesn't arrive to my account. I have a case where an email arrive to one inbox and via redirect it arrive to mine. I'm the account administrator. I have check the spam folder, the white and black list for antispam and I really have no clue why some emails arrive and some not.
