Hello Zoho, Around 1 PM onwards, my company organisation few emails which are accessed by other members are NOT working. When they are logging in as zoho email it says this - Access denied from this IP address. Please contact your Administrator (xxx@yyyy.com). They are ADMIN accounts (Not user) and till today afternoon, they never got this problem. Now from few hours, they cannot login. Strangely, when I am accessing these emails from my PC (I am super admin) then I can login. So what is the issue?

I am unable to send emails with attachments. I never seemed to have an issue with this until recently. Password Issue: account retrival needed
Today my email session expired and once upon re-login the password I typed wouldn't get recognized. I'm pretty sure what I've inserted during the sign-up process to be right, but still I can't get to enter. Moreover, after complete registration I didn't have the time to check if everything was properly settled and I think I've erroneously typed the contact mail off. Hello I have purchased a domain from Godaddy and the hosting from Bigrocks. Although the DNS is with zoho and we have tried to configure the mail with zoho we are unable to do so inspite of setting up the MX records as per the requirement of zoho we are unable to configure the mail properly. New Message "From:" Field - My name is incorrect
When I start a new message, the From field shows a shortened name from the email account I opened my zohomail account with. It is not the name that I would like to display. I would like my recipient to see that mail is coming from me, not a nickname. I changed the Nick name to my name in my Profile account information, but it is not reflected in the From field. How can I change this? It would be a Deal-breaker if I am unable to get this changed (unfortunately). Thanks!

Using static IP or certificates to send e-mail from automated tests without requiring a special userid
Our business has a static IP. We run automated regression tests that send results by e-mail to our users. Is there any way to whitelist our IP address with Zoho so that all e-mails sent from our IP are delivered by Zoho without needing a separate userid to be setup. Alternatively, is there a way to validate using certificates rather a userid? Thanks.

Enhancement ideas to spam filter
Spam filter is very limited at the moment. Therefore I would like to propose that some improvements are done to make it work better. What I would like to do: - Block certain top level domains completely, such as .eu, .in, .mobi, etc... I can't figure out way to do it now. - Block domain names, which are fully numeric. 00003333.com for example. - Block emails with a subject or body containing black listed words I don't want to see these emails in Spam folder, just delete completely before arriving
