Problems Sending Mail
Hi Admin i just got an email saying "Mail rate exceeded limit", and when I check my account it says I got no blocks. Please help me fix this issue, since I am having trouble contacting my clients... I made a mistake and sent a promotional email yesterday, because I did not know about Zoho Campaigns, but I already set that up, and now my promotional emails are being sent from there. Admin Reset - No Backup Email or Phone Number
I lost the password to my admin email account. When I try to reset my password for admin@pennyfarthinginn.net, it asks me "How would you like to reset your password," and doesn't provide any options, only a submit and cancel button (see attached image). Can you send the password reset email to this email account?

I got a no-reply email from Ajay Kumar about the "second half of my Zoho CRM trial." CRM, customer relations management, is something I don't need or use. Is my email -- excellent, by the way -- part of the trial and might I lose it soon?
Error "the data you have entered already exists"

Not receiving emails
A few people have written to one of my Zoho Mail accounts, but I have not received their emails. The email address was correct, as they forwarded those emails to another one of my accounts. I tried to email that account myself today (from both a Zoho and Gmail account) and received the test emails without a problem, so I have no way to replicate the error. Any idea what might be causing this?
renaming my email domain/messages won't receive
I'd like to edit my email domain to read @sfcllc.org rather than @summerfieldsconsulting.org. how do I edit this? will I have to purchase a new domain? also, my messages will send but I can't receive. If I send a test email to my zoho email account, that message won't even give me an error. It just disappears into space. Someone please advise.

Unable to send emails in my mail sender
Hi, I use a tool to send emails for my clients; +/- 500/day But in the first test, I barely send 70 emails and the tool was stopped, telling me that I reached the providers limit; So, two things, can you guys unblock my email for me continue sending emails? And I want to have the liberty to send how much emails I want, you guys have a limit for it? it's possible for me to continue with this strategy of sending 500 emails/day in Zoho or I'm gonna need to change my email to another provider? MX trouble
Hello, I just created an account about 12 hours ago with Zoho. Currently, I am receiving the following error message: The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho. I cannot send/receive email from the email accounts within Zoho, but I can receive/send mail to third party accounts. I followed the directions thoroughly and went through everything correctly. Any suggestions? my domain is www.stagpads.com Thanks.

Recover deleted email on "empty folder" option
Dear, I have empty some folters on web mail, but the outlook backups also was deleted? I would like to recover all deleted email from today June 30 2017 . Spacing in New Mail
Ever since the recent appearance upgrades (icon colours, etc) when I want to compose a new mail the cursor always starts about 3 lines down from the top of the compose pane and can't be moved back up with either the delete or backspace key. Solution? Thank you.

SMTP errors when trying to send e-mail from a script
I want to configure automated scripts on my Linux machine to e-mail me status updates when they finish and am using mailx (although I can use pretty much any mail program that Zoho would prefer that I use). I use two factor authentication for my account, and have set up an application specific password for this use.
