Email glehmann@zoho.com, hosted georgelehmann@its4you.net and pop3 georgelehmann@cox.net all get blocked with the error Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked. Clicking on the link https://mail.zoho.com/UnblockMe not helpful as it indicates security issue - see PDF'd screen shot. Please fix, or reply with what we need to do to fix it on our end. Cannot add alias or log in with phone number ( for confirmation ).
We cannot add alias or log in using phone number. We need to do these things to be able to change the shovel@ address to webmaster@ address. We have read through various 'unable to add alias' forum posts and it seems that resolution sometimes depends on action your tech support take. If so, we would ask that our account be enable to perform these actions. Or, can you explain why we get these error messages and how to avoid ?

Outgoing messages are not going
Good day. One of our mailboxes ( angela @ mint . ae ) reached size limit of 5 Gb and stopped sending emails. We performed mailbox cleanup, (currently only 53% space used) but outgoing emails are still not working. May I ask support to check whether this mailbox was blocked and unblock it if it was blocked. Support Team @ Zoho, Kindly help me out with this strange problem. I tried using a mail merge option a few days back from my outlook configured to my Zoho account. A few minutes in I figured out that my zoho account got blocked. As a next step I logged on to my webmail and unblocked my zoho account. When people reply to my email or attempt to send me an email it is bouncing back to them claiming that my email address doesn't exist or is not valid yet I am receiving the emails that are bouncing back as invalid this is causing me a great deal of credibility issues and they need this fixed ASAP
