Email forwarding not working.
I have setup a email address for my domain with square space info@skylineaerialnola.com and configured it to forward to my personal gmail address. The DKIM was confirmed but now I'm getting an error that the spf wasn't setup correctly. Also I did receive the confirmation email which I used to verify. However Im still not getting emails forwarded.

Account is inactive
Update to other post which will not allow me to edit or reply to it... My account (phil_rose@zoho.com) which I pay for and have had for about 10 years) is suddenly inaccessible and reports 'account is inactive'. IMAP not working
I've had problems with my IMAP for months now -- Outlook is going offline intermittently. As of today, only Webmail works and my credentials aren't accepted on IMAP at all. When will you finally solve this IMAP problem that has been plaguing us for a long time now? Please help urgently.
Cannot log into thunderbird
Tried multiple times to log in to thunderbird with my Zoho email address. The password states it is wrong. Imap settings I have tried both imappro.zoho.com and imap.zoho.com with the correct ports listed in the knowledge base articles.

two users stop recieving email on outlook
Hi i have two users who stopped receiving email on outlook 2013. I have checked all their setting even ran the connection test and it shows that it should be working. They are receiving email on their phones and web just not outlook. Any ideas as to why?
Outlook not purging emails
I have been using outlook and zoho for years. But now i have the issue that when i move an email to a folder, zoho recreates it back into the original folder. This is causing hundreds of emails when they are moved with a rule. I have checked this on different computers and its the same problem. Suggestions?

Difficulties creating more accounts
Hello there A few months ago I asked whether I was allowed to create multiple e-mail accounts on Zoho (I need 4 accounts for different uses). I've been told that it is possible as long as each account has a different alternate address, a condition easy enough to fulfill.
