Not getting Confirmation E-mail
I have set-up additional e-mail client on my zoho.com account several hours ago and have not rec'd Confirmation e-mail to Verify account. E-mail address shows "Enabled" in Setting page, and I have hit "Resend" several times?? No e-mail from zoho.com in either inbox?? Please assist. Thank You, Doug drmaze@zoho.com
Error MSG: Port 993 not supported ??
I am trying to configure an IMAP client on my zoho.com account. When I try to input 993 for the inbound server (SSL), the error msg says only 995 is supported. In that case, IMAP is not supported with SSL ? Thanks, Doug

Blocked - 550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit
I told my company that we should use ZOHO Mail. Now I'm in trouble because my accounting department cant send end of month invoices. Please, can you look into this urgently? I understand blocking someone from sending spam but software like Pastel will send to all clients and might look like spam. How can this be used for business if you block emails like this that bring money into our company? I'm very confused at your limitations on accounts. Can we please pay so that this one email for accounts

I have multiple domains and now I would need to add email accounts. How can I add more email accounts?
Compose email?
I am brand new and cannot find any functions that help me to send emails. There is an icon for "New Note" but that's all. There is no email recipient address field for that function so I can deduce that is not it. I took a tour and saw on an example that there were icons on the far right hand side that had a pencil so I am thinking that might be the compose function but I do not have it. Any suggestions? Hi! At first many thanks for your great ZOHO. It is amazing. Unfortunately today we can't send emails from palmali@palmali.com.ru due to "5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit." Could you please unblock us, because we don't make mass email sending - only few business emails (abt 10 per day, with max 6 recepients in each). Dear Zoho Team, I have recently migrated our email hosting to Zoho and having delivery issues and really hoping that this is a initial hiccup. Outgoing emails have stopped sending in Newton
I'm using Newton Mail App (http://newtonhq.com) with Zoho IMAP and everything was working fine until Wed April 26 when my outgoing emails just stopped and are now stuck in my outbox in the Newton app. Receiving emails works fine. Please help. This is urgent. I am currently writing handwritten letters and folding them into envelopes and sending out via snail mail to my 8.5K customers around the world and my hand is tired :)

Not efficient to add contacts to zoho mail or crm
It used to be simple to add a contact in zoho crm. In the lower right hand corner you would click on an icon and just add the information. For over six months it has been very difficult. The icon is no longer an option. When you wnat to add information from an email like phone numbers etc. to the contact record by clicking on the name in Mail...you can no longer see the telephone information. Will this ever be improved???
