Two separate archives?
When I select archive in the Zoho app or webmail the mail stays in the inbox and is only visible when filtered to show "archived". When I archive using an external mail client the mail goes to an actual Archived folder. This is very confusing. Is there any way to ensure that all mail is archived in the same way regardless of which client I use?
Mail to Hotmail is classified as spam
Hi, emails sent from my zoho account to hotmail accounts are being classified as spam by hotmail, unless the recipient make additional efforts like: clicking the "this is not spam" button on the received message, adding my zoho email address as a contact, etc. Of course, this is wrong. I should be able to write to recipients just fine without the need of asking to them to do anything. I am losing many opportunities because most of my contacts won't bother to check their "spam folder" in hotmail.

I've just changed our domain, and tried to update our e-mail addresses, with the old email address as an alias. 4 out of the 5 accounts seem to have worked no problem, except one keeps giving an error message. No attachments received from Zoho users when using Windows 10 app
We have set up our Zoho email on the Windows 10 desktop app and have not been able to receive attachments from other zoho users ever since. The emails come through it's just that there's nothing attached. We are able to receive the attachments on our phone so in order to get them on the computer we have to forward these emails to ourselves. It's only with our Zoho accounts; all other emails come through just fine. Is there a specific setting I'm missing or any way to fix this?

When I reply or forward a message, I see that the original message for the reply or forwarded message is always indented when viewing the sent message. I have now been caller number one on the phone for the second time today totalling about 40 minutes. Do you actually have phone support? I am creating a message from a cloned template. It lloks good in previews, but the message tests lose formatting. This sucks. And it has happened before. I can't even look at the HTML for the entire campaign to try and fix it.
