Account disabled issue
Hello, Yesterday I created an account with you guys using the Google sign-in page. I created everything, I have setup the domain and such. After that, I went into https://accounts.zoho.com > profile > email addresses and changed the gmail account with the one that I created right now so I can disconnect Google and remain only with the Zoho account. Shortly after that, I just got locked out with the account disabled message. When I tried to login again with google, did nothing, just was recognized

Account Hacked?
Hi, I suddenly started getting lots (200+ per day) backscatter emails, which started about 3 days ago and are continuing. I immediately changed my password and then checked in my sent items. At the time that the backscatter started I can see about 6 emails in my sent items which are typical spam and do not originate from me. I presume that this means that my account was hacked. However, why does the amount of backscatter I am getting so greatly exceed the number of emails in the sent folder? And

Sent messages are gone
I'm using Zoho web mail client in the Chrome browser. Today all my Sent messages just disappeared. How can that happen? There four messages in my Sent folder now. What's going on? There are no filters enabled. Also , when I'm doing search I can't find sent messages that surely must be there. Hey, Zoho, what did you do with my data? I still need many of those emails.

Search APIs for mail not working
I have been experiencing difficulty using the api: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/api/get-search-emails.html But I have been able to use: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/api/get-emails-list.html The problem is that the search api always returns and empty set. I have tried pretty much every iteration I can think of for the parameters but it seems to never return any values. I feel like I am using it wrong or there is an issue with the documentation. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to get my zabbix monitoring server to send alert emails to the client. I have made all possible settings through zoho e-mail, but it is not authenticated via ssl (port 465) nor via the TLS port (port 587). Can anybody help me?

delete a secondary email address from super user admin account
I has set up a secondary zoho email address when I opened the account at the very start of the process but cannot delete it or use is as a user email address. I have been able to set up an additional secondary email using my gmail account and have been able to delete it without a problem but it will not work on the original secondary email. To try and solve the issue I tried to remain it but have the same issue. In both cases I am asked to contact my organization administrator to delete the email

Convert Outlook OST to PST when Exchange is Download

Divergent account size
The overall size of my email account is 4418MB But when I went to look for the bigger directories I did not find anything compromising in size. Adding all the directories presented, the maximum volume occupied is 1887MB. How do I find out what is compromising the space in my account? Sorry for my poor English and thank you for everything.
