Hi team , i have created a business mail ID just a couple of days back with hexecon.com domain. Tested few from mine (ajay@hexecon.com) to my colleague(arun@hexecon.com) was delivering fine and outgoing mail looks fine to gmail & outlook also. today i tried forwarding some mails from my old gmail ID to Zoho ID things changed.Forwarded in the morning and till now its not received in by Zoho inbox. No any error delivery report or any thing received MX record , SPF record & DKIM record are all configured

I created a new account and added an alias it take me to next screen, accidently I clicked on the go back to the previous step and it take me to add alias page, now I can't add alias or can't able to go to next step without adding alias, if I enter old alias name it shows me alias already exist and if I enter new alias name it shows me unable to add alias! how can i fix this?

Good morning. For a month I receive a "rebound" email every few minutes (about every 5 minutes), which warns me that an email (which I did not send) was not delivered. At first I did not worry, I thought they were false, but then I noticed that some mails were actually present in the mail sent. Now I changed all the passwords but these mails continue to arrive. Question, We have a small Club and we setup 4 email accounts so far, just for the Club "Officers".. If we set up a "group" with an associated email address, will all "officers" receive the same email sent to that group email address? I am looking for a way to add an email to our website say for example: "Monthly Newsletter Subscriptions", (newsletters@jacksonarc.com) so all officers will receive the request and add those emails to their list? is that possible? Today April 2017, i was searching for some sent emails in Sentbox I saw that all emails before October 2016 was missing from sentbox and Inbox.
