I am trying to use zoho with wordpress for smtp. I have the from address, hello@codelegy.com from name "Hello from Codelegy" I followed the SMTP settings, port 465, SSL with user and password. what am I doing wrong?
How do I access the old Zoho version?
I'm trying to setup email forwarding and in settings it says "Access old version for Email forwarding and POP/IMAP" but I cannot click on it and there is no where on the page I see where I can click return to old version. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :) Thanks!

Account Disabled
Hi, My Zoho mail account which I have used for many years has been disabled. I believe this was due to my domain DNS settings changing. I have tried contacting support but received not response. How do I enable my mail account again? I cannot even close the account to create a new one as the whole interface is disabled. Thanks Chris
Not receiving emails from specific domain
I'm using a service called webworksheet.com to have employees email a completed web form to their manager. The source email is submit@webworksheet.com and the destination email account is in the domain atpsystemsav.com I am able to receive emails in the account on atpsystemsav.com from all other sources I have tested except from webworksheet.com If I configure the form to send to emails in other domains including google (gmail.com) the emails make it through just fine no problems at all. Receiving mail up until 15th March now cant receive emails
Hi I have a zoho account and have stopped receiving emails now since the 15th March, I have double checked the MX settings and nothing has changed, why did I suddenly stop receiving emails? I sent a test email that says it is sent but haven't received them into my zoho mail account. Hello, I´ve seted email forwarding to receive copy of email on my gmail, however it doesn´t work. When I send an email by zoho mail, the person who receive see my zoho email, however when he replies, the destination mail isn´t my zoho mail. The email automaticaly send to my gmail. False Notifications iOS Zoho Mail App
My Zoho mail app for iOS is sending a notification for the same deleted email every 1-5 minutes. I've logged out and logged back in, deleted and reinstalled the app and still the same problem. I've had the app for over a year and have had this problem occasionally, but never this bad. Please any tips for how to make it stop?! Thanks :)

Hi I hope someone can help?? I am not receiving emails, I have updated all MX as required and I am still not getting any, and every time I sign in I get notifications saying I need to update MX, SPF and DKIM I called go daddy yesterday and they said everything is set up correctly, so I am thinking the issue is with my zoho account. could someone please help as I am new to all this. many thanks in advance

Accessing Emoticons
When I'm in Inbox with a mail highlighted and a list of mails in the conversation listed in the right pane, at the very bottom right corner of the screen there is a smiley face which, if I click on it, displays a large choice of emoticons that is much more than the regular selection offered from the top tool bar. However, when I click reply to one of the mails, that smiley and that option disappear. Where can I find and access it while I'm replying to a mail. Thanks

Everything is set up checked SPF checked MXTOOLS everything shows correctly. I can send emails no problem. I can email myself and get the email in my inbox. But when I log into my gmail and email myself I am not getting any of those emails. Please advise

Font and line breaks appear after copying text
Dear Zoho, I am copying text from various places (Word docs, Google docs, emails using Outlook 2016) and after the text is copied into an email (UTC-8 formatting), numerous line breaks and font changes occur. I have tried removing the formatting from the destination, which did not work. I also tried to change the destination text to the exact same format, font, size and everything to match the Zoho email. But this did not work either. It's quite frustrating because it makes emails look really unprofessional
Locked out of Zoho on some accounts

Email not sending from iPhone default mail app
My email id is setup on my macbook as well as iPhone. on mackbook it works fine and I am able to send / receive emails. But on iPhone I can receive the emails only, whenever I send an email it just get rejected and showing the following error message. I have attached the screen sot. I am using same email configuration both on my laptop and mobile phone. Any suggestion would be appreciated. The sender address has been rejected by the server.
