Email download everything when reconfigure
when reconfigure My email on MS outlook, Email download all items such as (inbox, sent) on inbox folder! Outlook on same PC and use same data file already downloaded all email items. i use windows 7 and MS OUTLOOK 2007.
Interesting-Strange? Audible Mail Notification
Before migrating to Zoho Mail, is was using webmail provided by my ISP, which was on a Zimbra platform. I accessed using Firefox browser which has an Add-On for Zimbra audible notifications. Since moving to Zoho, I am continuing to use Firefox browser access and the Zimbra Add-On remains installed in Firefox. Interestingly, I am receiving audible notifications when Zoho mail arrives, apparently through the Zimbra notifications add-on. How is this possible? Edit Update: Apparently, this only works

Hi there, I have tried to verify my domain following all three methods and have emailed support[at]zohomail[dot]com with a screenshot of my DNS page for help with manual verification and have not received a reply. Sent folder glitch
We recently migrated our mails in the zoho.eu server. One of our users complained that the "sent" folder was not correctly migrated, as there were no result but for the mail sent after the migration. This seemed weird as the migration data matched the old servers. In the "sent" folder indeed this was true, there were no old emails, however after further investigation I noticed that in the "all messages" folder I was able to find all the messages. I am blocked because of exceeded mail storage. Now when i deleted mails i am still blocked. Immediately unblock me!!!
Incoming email is failing / Bouncing
Hello Zoho, We are getting calls from clients that our email is bouncing back from multiple email clients. Lack of email service is killing productivity! Recover emails
Since yesterday I've lost all my emails except latest two: I haven't deleted the others but they disappeared from Inbox or all the others folders (spam, bin, etc...). Any chance you can recover them? What happened? Thank you in advance.

Not receiving all my emails
I'm having issues with receiving all of my emails. I am a mortgage advisor and 3 separate lenders have told me they've emailed me in the last week or so but I haven't received any of them. I have received generic emails from those lenders but not the more specific ones which are often very important. I run Zoho through Outlook, any ideas on how to fix this?

But for some reason, the spf records are not validating . i used the this spf record first v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all and the i saw on some post they said to use v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all. SPF issue for Open SRS
Hi there, can someone check that my SPF record is fine? There is still the error message in my dashboard. I leave the subdomain as blank because if i put the "@" symbol it shows up with an error message?
DKIM record cannot be verified
I tried creating a DKIM record (at goodgravymedia.com), but for some reason it won't verify. I can get it to verify using the third-party tool, but when I try to verify it under the Zoho mail settings, I get the following error message: DKIM cannot be enabled for the domain as no verified default selector present

I just set up my new email for my business. I tested it out by sending myself an email to my personal email. My new business email (by zoho) went straight to my personal spam folder. This does not leave me feeling confident that my customers will receive my email campaigns.

Our Mail Server is Blacklisted
This week our emails started getting rejected our sister company's email. Their IT person looked into it and said that our server is on the Sorb’s blacklist & we will need to talk to our email provider to get this fixed. What should we do to correct this?

Hi everyone! I'm having some issues to receive e-mails with attached files. I receive them, but for a reason i dont know why, i cant visualize the attached image or download it for example. I see the name of the file on the e-mail, and its size too. What is the solution for this problem? I have to change any option in the control panel? problem logging into email
I have an account with zohomail and always have problems logging in. After putting in my login details the page changes from zoho.com to zoho.eu and another login page. It doesn't matter which one I try I never get into my email. The few times it works is when I click the email app from the features page and log in there it works mostly. It'd like to know why login to email is so difficult. Thanks
