Email Search not showing recent emails
Whenever I conduct an email search, only emails sent/received before October 2016 show up.
Please unblock my account
This is an e-mail for a professional business and we can't work without it being able to receive new e-mails. Please fix it as soon as possible as I have deleted a lot of e-mails from it now. The e-mail is "info@skembedjis.com" Let me know how it goes, thank you.

Mail forwarding from Zoho to Gmail not working
I recently setup mail forwarding from my Zoho account to my Gmail account and after numerous test emails (even from accounts that are not the Gmail one) not a single email has been forwarded so far. Am I doing something wrong in the settings? Thanks Wes
Need help configuring SPF and Domain Keys
I'm starting to get a lot of bounced emails from my Zoho account, and I suspect that it may because either my SPF record and/or my domain keys record are not configured properly (I followed Zoho's instructions, but the instructions were not specific to my registrar so they could be wrong). I just opened a zoho account yesterday and transferred my contacts from gmail. I have sent e-mail address update to all of them and was blocked afterward. Hello Zoho support. Hope you are doing well. Please help me with my issue. I got a reply from mail daemon about sender address blosking 554, 5.1.8 Could you please check it and unblock my account. Its really urgent, I need to communicate with our customers, it really damages our workflow. I've checked again T&C of Zoho mail. When i try to create a new mail it is showing "this domain is already associated with this account admin@kalaracollege.com" what to do hoping a solution asap. Word files are missing as attachments
Hello, I noticed today that we cannot see Word files attached to the emails we receive in Zoho Email (through web -interface). Looks like Zoho deletes or somehow filters out DOC and DOCX. The senders told us that they double-checked that they attached the files. Still we cannot receive them. Please, fix this. Thanks.

Hello, my Zoho mail account has been blcoked for IMAP use for several days now. When I try to connect with Thunderbird 6 I get an error message: "Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen when you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections..." I only use Thunderbird at two computers and K9 Mail on my Android phone. My site sends an email to new users asking them to verify their email address in order to complete the registration process. The "confirmation email" never arrives. It never bounces back. Other automated emails such as "Thank you for posting on bidshaul.com" do just fine. The same script in my website handles both things. Is there something about the confirmation email that the Zoho server doesn't like? I just don't get it, if it works on one it should work on the other, since the only difference

Search Function is Broken and also Affecting Zoho CRM Email Section
The search function in Zoho Mail is not working. No matter what I search for, it will return no results. I hasn't been working for a few days now. This is also affecting Zoho CRM.
