Automatica Email Popping through Pop3 stopped
Automatic popping stopped working a few days ago. In order to retrieve emails though pop I need to physically click on the connected accounts, than emails do pop, otherwise automatic popping is not working. My settings are set up to check email every three minutes automatically. Please advise. Thanks.

DKIM FAIL
I have successed to check the validity of the DKIM using third party link, but control panel is still not to display 'verified' , and can not enable DKIM, I do not know whay.

I've created my signatures and allocated them to their default addresses but when I compose a new mail I have to manually insert the signature each time. How can I set this to automatically insert the signature?

Hi, I configurated SPF value in my server, but the notification in Zoho tell me that enter SPF in my domains DNS, but this are ready. I can't send out any type of e-mail from Zoho because the recipient gets some unwanted characters/different sized sentences
Neiter Zoho nor Infomaniak (our e-mail provider) solved this. The issue is probably with Zoho. Every time we send out a Template (pre-written text) with Rich text formatting there are unwanted characters in the recipient's end, a somewhat scrambled text with " things like for line breaks and for spaces". Standard Plan Inquire
Im currently signed up for the standard plan. I have two domains added to the account because I wanted to have one email for each domain, however zoho treats this as two users vs my initial understanding of one user with one email per domain. Is there a way to have two email address (per domain) for one user charge?

A colleague of mine has auto-forwarded e-mails form his ZOHO account to my ZOHO account (using the filter). When I log into my account using his office laptop the e-mails indeed show as forwarded to my e-mail, but when I log using my PC they do not appear at all. can't receive emails
Hey, I just moved my wesbite to google cloud, and having problems with my zoho mail. I added the MX in the following way: 10 mx.zoho.com and then 20 mx2.zoho.com. Anyway, mxtoolbox.com doesn't recognize it, and i can't receive emails. There is no way to enter the priorities separately on the google cloud MX settings, so i understand that you have to enter the priority before the record. Is this right? what should i do? thanks

Unable to signup from my desktop computer...
Is it possible that ZOHO has blocked my computer for signing up new domains? Background: As a website developer and hosting company, I often recommend ZOHO to clients. In doing so, I often perform the signup process for them using their cell phone numbers for verification. I am no longer able to signup these clients. Can ZOHO help fix this issue?

Ca't find edit template
I can't find the edit templates any where. Zoho says to go to setting then select "templates" but no templates shows in the settings options. Very frustrating. Now if I hit the settings gear icon it brings up emails, there is no way around it. This mail app is full to brim with bugs, really not worth the time wasted to try and get it to function.
