A strange archiving system
Hi, I recently started using Zoho Mail (have earlier been a G Suite user) and was really confused with Zoho'a archiving process... Here's what is the most confusing: [Web Version] If a mail is in my Inbox and click the Archive button, the email can then only be seen from Inbox >> Archive filter. [via a mail client like Outlook] But I access the email from MS Outlook and archive an email via a desktop email client's typical archive button, the email is available under "Archived" folder. Signature Problem
Hi, We have changed our email signature in our email account a while ago to reflect our new website address but recently when I save my email as a draft, the email address changes to the old one in that signature. Thus, I decided to delete that signature altogether and create a new one. However, it still does the same thing, ie. showing the old website address when I save the email as a draft. Setting up DKIM to work with Hostmonster

6 mail for 2 users
Hey guys, we're a team of 2 guys. Working since now with our normal webhoster and outlook. Each of us has its own mail (marc@ and marvin@). But we also have 4 more "public" mails like info@, support@, rechnung@, sicherheit@ which both oh us are managing together, We've already purchased 2 accounts for zoho mail, but how can we handle this situation with 4 more "public" mail ? How can I move email messages from external pop3 account's inbox into my zoho mail inbox.
I have connected my zoho account with an external pop3 acoount that I have. My intention was to receive all messages into the same inbox, After setting everything up, I realized that a separate inbox is created for the pop3 account. My final decision was to set permanent forwarding of messages form my other (pop3 account) to my zoho mail address. What the heck is going on with Whitelisted email addresses?
Today, I logged in and looked at the Whitelisted Email Addresses section. I've not added any addresses to this list and yet there were hundreds already there. Almost all of those hundreds were actually addresses from spam messages I'd received. WHY is Zoho automatically whitelisting email addresses for me and why is that whitelisting so inaccurate? new pop3 account, not collecting all the e-mails
So I recently set up a new pop3 account in zoho mail. and so far so good. However for some strange reason, it has collected all the e-mails until the beginning of february and any e-mails between now and the beginning of february on the other e-mail server where not collected by zoho. Any ideas?
