how to set up zoho mail to delete popped mail from Yahoo
Hi, When setting up my Zoho mail to pop my yahoo mail account, I noticed an option for zoho to delete mail in yahoo inbox. If my memory is correct,when I delete popped mail from my Zoho inbox, Zoho is able to automatically delete the same email from Yahoo inbox. How do I find those particular settings again so I can make that choice? I have tried looking in the settings area where I would expect to see these options, but no luck so far. Thanks, Jay

Cannot Authenticate to IMAP
I can no longer authenticate to IMAP. I have verified at least 10 times that the credentials are correct. It used to work just fine before I enabled two factor authentication. I have since disabled two factor authentication but I can still not authenticate with IMAP. So here's what's happened: 1. Enabled two factor authentication and changed password. 2. At this point, IMAP authentication starts to fail, this is expected. 3. Generated app password for IMAP. 4. Enter it a thousand times correctly

I had a problem with recipients saying they didn't receive my email. I sent the headers to support on Feb 15. I think I must have used the wrong address because I never got even the auto-generated "we're on it" response. This is the address I used: support@zohomail.com Can someone straighten me out? Linda

Hi I have set up two TXT records, one for DKIM and one for SPF entries- I realise it may take some time for the changes to effect, but it won't validate the DKIM setup back in zoho mail, and I'm unsure if the SPF entry has been done correctly. What's correct mail support address?
I have been trying to report a problem with mail I've sent that recipients say they haven't received. On Feb. 15, I sent the header information to what I thought was the Zoho mail support address. I never got the auto-generated reply from Zoho, so I probably sent to the wrong address. The address I used was "Zoho Cares" <support@zohomail.com> Can someone give me the correct address?

Hi, I can't seem to find how I can sort my e-mails .eg. by sender or date but revers order etc. I found this help page: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/sorting-mail.html#alink But the information given there is simply wrong, the e-mail (or my e.mail) list in the folders do not have the these kinds of headings(subject, date, etc.) that you could click on. Previously I tried to create a corporate email with the domain: www.stratton.ind.br, but when I went to the verification step with text message via mobile phone, I did not receive the message and I noticed that the telephone number was incorrect, therefore I could not verify. Error sending emails in old Outlook versions
Hi everybody, SInce today, some email accounts I have configured in old Outlooks (2003 / 2007) stopped sending emails with error 0x800CCC1A - your server does not support the encryption type you have specified. Nothing was changed on these configurations, and all at once stopped working. Any ideas?

I am new to zoho. Trying to set up email notifications. Help says that with Setings>Mail>Appearance I am supposed to see something in the bottom right corner of the pane that will allow me to enable notifications. I don't see it there. What am I missing? Thank you.
