This happened a few days ago for our main E-mail account associated to my account & you can check that I have been used Zoho for 3 months and more without problem The E-mail account shows blocked & can't be removed Regards

I have a few email with pdf attachment and when I try to view or save it, It will always shows up as Zero bytes and won't download. I try to forward it to another email and it does the same and won't download. Please help The first 4 to five email inside the License/FG folder isn't working

Entourage 2008 sending failure
I have had two users who have Mac os 10.7 and Entourage 2008 have sending failures in since Wednesday (2/22/17) It appears they can no longer connect to ssl / smtp.zoho.com / port 465. did a certificate or ssl policy change that would cause them to no longer connect. I verified that they can talk to other SMTP servers on 465 (smtp.gmail.com) but they will no longer work on smtp.zoho.com. Any suggestions or options. Too much mail ending up in Spam
I recently noticed that many legitimate emails are ending up in the Spam folder. I have tried adding domains like "linkedin.com" to the whitelist and adding the senders to my Contacts but Zoho keeps sending them to Spam.

Hi there, I currently have a wellness@sportsroom.com.au account. I created a business@sportsroom.com.au secondary email. I wanted to know how I can send and receive emails under this account? Info on configuring DKIM
I am getting a message, 'DKIM entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure DKIM to ensure better email delivery.' I have looked at the info on configuring DKIM entries and I am totally bewildered by it. I am still getting e-mails OK. Do I need 'better e-mail delivery'? I don't know. Unable to receive email from whitelisted domain
Hello, I used to be able to receive emails from this domain (kingsroadangkor.com) but recently the mails are no longer arriving. I added the domain to the whitelist but the problem is continuing.
