Please help delete "information@hopkins.edu.hk" in your database. We accidentally deleted this email but cannot manage to create it again. Whenever we do so, the systems says "the user already exists", but we just cannot find this user in our list. Many thanks!

Zoho not working on SPF record.
Hi, I am using outlook to send and received emails through zoho, and today my outlook is not able to send out emails, i went to check the admin account and found out that there was SPF record problem, I did as instructed adding the txt file onto my blue host DNS Zone Editor but i am still having the same problem sending out emails. I registered my domain at namecheap.com and direct it to my host: bluehost.com, then on blue host i added the MX and also the txt. I have not experience this problem before

Trying to use gmail to access zoho email account
I use zoho for my company email address. I use gmail to manage other email accounts and have tried to set up my zoho account as a POP 3 account on gmail. I have followed the instructions on zoho website - used my email name@companyname.com.au and used the incoming server as poppro.zoho.com and Port 995 with SSL (and ticked SSL box on gmail) and used my zoho password (as per zoho instructions) Each time I do it i get this error from gmail Server returned error: "Authentication failed" Any assistance
Mass Mail out
When i put together a list for mass mailout in the 'to' box it shows all the people's email addresses I am sending to. Can you confirm that once sent that the recipient will only see their own address. I obviously don't want all my contacts to see each others email addresses. Thanks.
Zoho Mail not receiving mail
So far I have never had an issue with my info@louderthanwords.co.uk mail not working, but today it suddenly just stopped. SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho & Google Gmail
We do have 2 servers for one domain, so we use to have for the last 10 months the following without problems: v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com include:_spf.google.com ~all and today we have a warning in our zoho mail account asking to change the SPF to v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all What is wrong with the actual SPF? we need both services (Google Mail, and Zoho) Thanks

I see that many people have expressed interest in using an IMAP client to access Zoho mail. I would instead like Zoho Mail to act as an IMAP client. Is that on the horizon? Are there any good services out there that do this? Thanks.

Importing emails in ZIP files
Hi I have set up a zoho email account but not yet amended my domain MX records to it. Before I do I wanted to migrate the emails from my old service. I exported them as eml files into .zip files and tried to import them to zoho. The import appears to work ok (no error messages) but only the first email is imported into the selected folder. Am I missing something? thanks

Hello I am trying to understand if I can have 2 or 3 different email box on Zoho with the same domain, using the free version of Zoho mail. let me explain: I setup two free Zoho mail account: user1@zoho.com and user2@zoho.com I own the domain mydomain.org I would like to have user1@mydomain.org and user2@mydomain.org and these should be two different email box. Go Daddy to Route 53 to Zoho Mail doesn't work
Hi, I'm having an issue where I cannot receive email for admin@justeulogy.com. I bought the domain from GoDaddy and the name servers point to Route 53. Route 53 has the MX Records. Slow sync to mobile device
I just signed up and added a couple of my accounts, and also added a few message rules (filters) with a couple of customer folders. I also downloaded your software to my Android device. It displays the circling arrows showing that it is syncing, but it never finishes. It's been an hour and it still hasn't stopped and does not show all of my folders. Googling around, looks like there has been a number of reported issues similar to this. Is this something I should expect while using this product?

Issues regarding email migration and mailbox size limit
Dear Zoho Team Recently my company have migrated from Gmail to Zoho, however after migration, we realized that the capacity that was moved over to Zoho seems surreal. For example, my gmail storage amounts to 12gb, however i am using 22gb right now in Zoho after migration. I am unable to sort emails based by size either, is there a better solution to this?

Andorid IMAP config stopped working
My IMAP configurations have suddenly stopped working on Android phone since yesterday morning. Was receiving emails, could not send. Tried removing/re-adding accounts, now I continue to get message "network unavailable, try again later" and cannot re-enable accounts on Android.

Conversations do not work in the new Zoho Mail interface in some folders
Hello, I have a folder where I enabled the conversations view, but it doesn't work. The emails are still shown separate, although there are clearly messages with the same subject among them. This folder is used for collecting notifications from our ticket support system. Could the problem be caused by the fact that the subject has a ticket number in square brackets in the beginning? Relaying disallowed only for some functions
Hello we setup correctly zoho mail with magento , everything is working ok. However we have a marketplace module installed that the vendors communicate with the admins. If a vendor need to send email to admin will get "Relaying disallowed " and the message will not be sent. Probably because trying to send from vendor email that is not on zoho smtp?
