Resolving blocked sender
Has anyone been successful in getting Zoho to unblock their email accounts? My account was hacked and several spam messages where sent to unknown users. I've since been 3 days without being able to answer customers and investors. Alternatively, can anyone recommend another email service for a small business?

Hi, My IMAP access has been blocked on Feb 3rd. I don't see any particular reason why this would be the case... If possible, could someone from the Zoho team resolve this for me? I tried the solution given here but the control panel does not seem to have the option to 'unblock' the account manually. Thanks

Hello, Emails are sent to our Gmail account and then picked up by Zoho. Yesterday we started getting the following: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain ... by zm-apps.zoho.com. Still experiencing email delays
I am still experiencing email incoming delays as well as emails showing as sent but not arriving with the recipient. If I email myself from my own email (an 'internal' email if you like) it works ok but not to any other email or domain name. I know there were issues yesterday and before but are we still having problems??? Thanks, K
New Day, New Problems With Email Being Received - Or Not
Once again, email is down - AFTER you've stated that all the issues were fixed and things were back to normal. I understand the heavy load you must be under right now. But please...at least recognize the situation and keep us updated. Emails aren't just delayed right now, they are literally being bounced back and are showing "Delivery to the following recipients failed." My business is choking right now.

Hi there, today we noticed we are not consistently receiving incoming email. A few test email sent from our personal accounts to Zoho mail accounts about one hour ago have not yet been received. We already experienced serious malfunctioning last Monday, causing us to loose important emails: this is a huge problem, as our clients rely on email to contact us. Hi, I'm using Zoho for a long time. After the attack u had I started with these problems. Every mail I send, it goes with this on the header: "[SPAM-SPF]". This is if it the mail is sent, because 90% of the time I receive delivery status failed. Also it takes like 30 min to receive or send this errors. Right now Zoho for me isnt working. Hello Zoho Administrators, I have an Online Business and I am using the Zoho mail to Forward Customers their Bills and Tracking Numbers via SMTP. The daily outgoing Zoho email limit for my Zoho Account seems to be 50. The Problem is that i need to send about 150-200 Emails every day. Could someone please raise the Limit for me or tell me what I have to do to get to around 200 Emails a day? I would really appreciate any help right now. Hi Guy's, This was looking great and everything verified, so next step is to connect the account to my Outlook.com account so I can send and receive emails. Went through the credentials as provided however, I continue to receive A TLS API Failure occurred. Error = 0x80090326 each time. Hi dear support team, I have been trying to set the SPF entries for my mail victoria@almanatural.co. However when I set the @ on the name field, as shown in your godaddy wlakthrough, an error appears stating that only a URL is accepted (http://s29.postimg.org/g0q2ypiyf/siteground_spf_jpg.jpgl). Zoho mail not loading for a particular network
Hi Team, I am using zoho mail for the last 6 months. But for the last 1 week I am not able to load zoho mail on my browser. The problem is that I was able to get into zoho login page when I switched to another broadband connection. When I switched back to the old network, still I wasn't able to load the zoho mail. Hello, Is there any possibility to make email sorting by date properly. Currently I have oldest messages on top of messages list and I'd like to have reverse - Newest first. It is strange because while messages arrive they are on top of list. But when You leave folder and go back again they are on the end... Also is there possibility to view more columns than just 2? Like size column?

Zoho Mail - Scroll bar issue on mouse over folder section of mail
Hi - When using Chrome (Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit)) in Zoho Mail and you mouse over the folder area to utilize the scroll bar the scroll bar flickers and makes it hard to use and very frustrating for my users. The issue ONLY happens within Chrome! - I have tried different computers with the same result - I read through the forums and found one email scroll bar 'bug' issue with zoho mail and chrome compatability - but the post was over 9 years ago and did not apply to the issue I am having.
