"Account is Inactive" - please help!
My email address - jarold@gadgetmatrix.com - was working perfectly until a couple of days ago. Then all of a sudden I couldn't log in to the site. The error message is that my "Account is Inactive". I have no idea why it would be considered inactive as it is my primary personal business email account. I even couldn't log in the the support forum with an inactive account. I have created this new account just to get access to the support forums and to ask for urgent support, please. Thank you in advance.
Missing Email - Android App
Hello, everyone! Something strange happened to me. I read an email using the Zoho app, then minimized the app and returned to use my phone. After a while, I accessed the email using Chrome, but that email vanished. I there any way to recover that email? I already checked my trash folder and nothing was there. Thanks !!!

Hi, I'm trying to set-up zoho so that we can feed all our emails in. We use a single email address that is used by multiple people to address customer issues. We use a Microsoft shared exchange that is handled/provided separately from where our website is hosted and separately from our registrar. Hello, I can not import my emails from Zoho Mail (contato@gracalopes.com.br) to my hotmail account. You are reporting error 0x80090326. I've reviewed all the settings. I updated my password, etc. for security purposes, and when I tried to log back in it says my e-mail is disabled. Configure zoho with 1and1
I cannot receive or sent emails form my account, My domain provider is 1and1. In fact, when I made the initial configuration it works fine just for 2 days, I don't know if I need to delete and configure again or if I missed one step. I already sent email to support@zohobusiness.com but nobody answer. Hope zoho or anybody else can help with this. I have the screenshots of the configuration, let me know if I can sent it to zoho support team directly by email.
Auto Response Interval
Is there any way to set the auto-response to 0. We are using this function to send some generic information to users and if they send an email to that email we want them to get the response each and every time they send an email whether it is 10 times per day or not. If a user discards the auto-response email and wants another right away it is reasonable for them to send in another email to get another auto-response
