Zoho mail stopped working
I have hosted domain with zoho and created mail accounts. Now after two days I am unable to send and receive emails from outside mail providers such as gmail. Whereas internally mails are working. Now I am getting message to log on DNS server, make DKIM entry... We are small startup and do not know these terminology. And I cant find any tab to configure DNS setting in zoho admin panel. We we had so technical knowledge, had we created free account with zoho? Please help me with fixing this issue.

IMAP no longer working
Hello, I didn't change anything to my configuration, but starting about 24 hours ago I am no longer able to send/receive mail via IMAP (on Mac OS 10.12.2 using Mail app). It tells me Account error: invalid credentials. I have tried changing my password via web Zoho and then entering new password in Mail app account settings, but it still tells me invalid credentials. Please help!
Deduplication gone wrong, possible to restore lost emails?
Hello, During yesterday's technical issues I tried to back up two accounts to offline folders via IMAP/Thunderbird. I noticed many duplicates and ran a deduplication add-on, and after that many (non-duplicate) messages disappeared. It is possible this add-on malfunctioned but I have used it many times and never experienced data loss. The missing messages aren't on the Trash in the webmail UI, which is where I would expect to find any deleted messages. They've just vanished. Is it possible to reset

DKIM key pair
Hi there, I am using zoho mail account for my webapp which sends email to the users. I have activated DKIM authentication and setup the required key in my domain. The issue is that when I send an email using mail account google shows that unauthenticated. The reason is that I need to sign the email sent by webapp using DKIM private key to prove the authenticity of the email sent by the domain. I could not see any way to get that or supply the own key pair for DKIM setup. Could you please help? Thanks.

Zoho blocked my notification emails
I receive emails from a certain company whenever I have notifications from their services, but these emails stopped a while ago -about Oct 2016, we tried to solve the issue from our side, worked for a short time then stopped again-. I thought the problem in my settings in that company's services or in their own settings, but they told me that my mail provider blocked them, but I do not remember blocking any of their emails. Can you help?

Outlook and Zoho Webmail show different folders/emails
Hello there, I am using Outlook 2013 with IMAP at work interface with my Zoho mail. At home I use Zoho webmail access. Today I discovered my Outlook folder list is different than the one I see in Zoho. It looks like several folder renames/moves and email moves were never properly synced on the Zoho server. How can I force a sync from Outlook down to Zoho? I now have a significant number of emails missing from Zoho webmail, so I must assume they only exist on the hard drive for Outlook

Outlook 2007 used to work, now I cant send
I haven't changed anything, and my Outlook 2007 used to work just fine with Zoho. A couple of days ago (01/07/2016) my Outlook stopped being able to send emails through Zoho. The incoming emails still work. I have checked everything on my side and it all seems fine. I am using smtp.zoho.com SSL port 465 to send, but all outgoing emails end-up stuck in my outbox. How to "Unarchive"?
Greetings, I have mistaken the "Archive" task as a process of moving mail from one folder to an "Archive Folder". However, "Archive" is not a folder, it is more of a sub-folder within folders. Now that I know this, I no longer need to have this email archived within the folder it is in, I need it moved out of the archive and into a different folder. Problem: I cannot seem to move this archived mail to another folder. I cannot seem to delete the archived mail, nor can I "Unarchive" the archived mail.
