This email contato[at]renatavarrenti.com.br is using 8% of the 5GB available, and when I click to enable incoming, it's appearing a red message saying that this is only available to paid users.

I need to check the spelling of my email not only in English but also in Dutch. Is that possible and how do I get it working? I really hope it is possible!

Dear, One of the mail users incoming / outgoing mail is disabled. When I see the user in control panel, I see incoming / outgoing disabled in red. Deleting emails does not seem to reduce my storage usage
Hello - I received an 85% warning on one of my addresses (using IMAP) and when I deleted e-mails (from my Mac Mail client) and emptied trash, the % usage on the Zoho control panel stayed the same. How should I permanently delete emails and therefore reduce my storage usage at Zoho? thx in advance...
PHP Mailer ERROR Connection while sending Email
hi i'm using PHPmailer to send email from my website to my email account which is hosted on zoho . sending email address is info@adamrifau.com . please note that if i disable smtp auth with out any issue i can send mails. and accroding my hosting provider ZOHO is blocking their ip address 148.163.69.159 192.30.138.82 . and they have informed me to request white list these ip address in remote server. $mail = new PHPMailer; $mail->isSMTP(); $mail->Host = 'smtp.zoho.com';

Corporate mails added not shown on display
Hello I have an issue with mail when I try to send email using corporate added mails. The FROM display box appears empty showing no other mail available accounts options than the main one. The mail only allows to send from main address which is personal. I have correctly configured and confirmed 2 other ones. Can't connect to Gmail server
Today I try to send email by zoho and can't sent, then I go to the "send email as" page to check what happen, I while I try to update, it shows "Unable to connect SMTP server:smtp.gmail.com, Port: 465" Please let me know what happen and how it can be fixed.

Hello, I have just set up my three new Zoho business accounts and have also added two onto my iphone through exchange. When I use my personal hotmail account to test my new zoho emails by sending them an email, I keep getting the DSN message of failure from postmaster to my hotmail inbox. Are you able to help please? Hi, I host my email address - sunilreddy@reddinsight.com - using Zoho Mail. I have added another email address - reporting@reddinsight.com. - in Zoho Mail. I would like to be able select whether I use sunilreddy@reddinsight.com or reporting@reddinsight.com when I create an email when logged in as sunilreddy@reddinsight.com I have added reporting@reddinsight.com in the "Send Mail As" configuration and I can see it in the drop down list. However, when I compose an email I cannot see reporting@reddinsight.com.
Cannot log onto incoming mail server (POP3)
I've been unable to send email using Outlook 2013 POP/SMTP since Dec 24, getting error "Cannot log onto incoming mail server (POP3). Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method." Email was working fine all year until Dec 24. No changes were made at that date. I've tried changing the encryption method, but nothing works. Error affects all users here. (Incoming email was also down for a couple of days, but is working again today.)

Wrong phone number used registering a new domain
Hi I have tried to set-up a new domain for Zoho Mail but have added the wrong phone number for verification. And I can't get the right phone combination in order to try and get back to the verification screen. When I try to re-register it says the domain is already registered. Autofill on Email Pop up no longer works
Hi, With the old version of Zoho, Google Chrome was able to autofill email address on the email template when sending from a record, which helped a lot. With the new version that feature doesn't seem available anymore. Is there a work around or a fix coming for that?

Zoho mail disappearing in Outlook set up with Exchange ActiveSync
This morning, my Zoho Mail inbox in Outlook 2016 on a Windows 10 PC emptied out. New incoming emails show. I deleted the .ost file. The emails populated, then disappeared. All emails are there when I log into Zoho Mail via a browser. What's up? Is this a known issue, or my problem only? How can I fix it?

Unable to sign up for new business account
I used the domain statusimpex.in for Zoho business mail free account. On the screen where I was supposed to verify the OTP, it prompted me a server error. Now I am unable to sign up since it shows that domain is already in the system and when I try to recover password it says no primary number is attached to the domain.
