Hi Team, I'm unable to send messages to my potential clients and the message "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked" appears. Reading from earlier posts, it seems that my account has been blocked. There is a supposed limit to the outgoing messages however I was unaware and also no pop up was displayed informing that limit has been reached. May I request you to please unblock my account and confirm on the daily limit, both in terms of message size and number of messages. Thanks,

Conflict between Firefox with Noscript and ZOHO mail
I have been using Firefox with NOscript addon for many years and I have used zoho mail for the last five years or so. Recently zohomail gets hung up when clicking on my email or changing folders. There is a url trying to load called zohostatic.com and Noscript has full permission to allow it but.... it just stops. I have scrubbed Firefox from my computer and reloaded latest version and an older version and it changed nothing. It only happens on this computer (Dell W7) with no other addon at all.

Not Receiving Email from a specific sender
Hey everyone. I've just signed up for an account to give it a try. I've got everything setup and can now send emails from my domain, and receive emails as well. However, I am not able to receive emails from one specific sender - whose IP address is not listed on any spam or blacklist, and has an spf record. I'm also not able to receive emails sent from the zoho account to a hotmail account - its not in the spam folder either. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi, I signed up on zoho to make a customised Email Address. However, it asks me to enter my Phone Number to sync my phone number with the account for security purposes. GMAIL Problems
We are having issues sending emails to GMAIL from our domain which is hosted by Zoho. We have checked with MXToolbox and we are clean. How long are messages saved with Zoho and how much space is used if messages are Archived?
I really have two questions. The first is how long are messages saved before the older ones are deleted (or is that just an issue if space is needed). The second question, if emails are archived, how much space is that worth and how long would those messages be kept?
