can send but cannot receive e-mail
I can send out e-mail but cannot receive. I had verify domain and also update MX Record already. After I updated MX record a few minute (yesterday) I can receive a few e-mail, but after that I cannot receive any e-mail. Could you help me to sole this issue? Thanks,
Zoho email server change
Got an email saying that I needed to change how I point to MX records. My email has been working fine at the current settings for several years. I suspect spam. Has anyone else gotten such an email? Here is the verbiage: You are receiving the alert, as the domain techvets.com added in Zoho for email hosting, does not have the MX records pointed to Zoho Servers. As a result, the emails to the domain based accounts will not be delivered to Zoho Mail.

i have my phpmailer script working perfectly, but every time that an email is send from de form of my website it ends at the spam. i'm using my domain (nvschile.cl) as smtp host because the smtp.zoho.com server doesn't works for me, and the email that I receive has the username of the client, for example: I fill the contact form on the website with my info (name: aaa, email: a@b.c, message: lorem.....) then the email have this format: from: a@b.c <aaa> message: Lorem...... is possible to stop

Hi, I have faced a problem sending emails from one of my mail accounts. Even if I change "send from" for this mail account to another smtp it says (quite fast) "Unable to connect SMTP server:mail.[xxxxxxx].com Reason:connect timed out ". The reason is definitely not in smtp. Can anyone help?

Emails on Mac look horrible (no HTML formatting)
Hi there, Just setting up some zoho hosted email accounts on a mac via IMAP and the downloaded emails look horrible - they are fine viewing them on the web so the emails aren't corrupted. I've attached a screenshot - you can see the subject and sender is missing / corrupted and the message body is displaying plain text instead of HTML - some of the emails are just a jumble of characters (not even HTML) Any ideas on how to fix? This is happening in both outlook for mac and the inbuilt mail client

Can zoho smtp host the mailing list server
I host a mailman server, and use zoho to host smtp service. Any subscriber can send emails to the mailing address, then emails will be sent out to all subscribers. My problem is that mailman cannot send out emails, since they have been bounced. The error I got is "553 Relaying disallowed as 'Name of a subscriber <XXXXX@gmail.com>".

Hi, I am getting 50 spam emails a day. I move them to spam folder but ZOHO email is adding their emails to White list. How is this possible? Instead of adding emails which I move to spam to black list it is adding them to white list. Also there are thousands of them and it is impossible to move them one by one to black list.
