Hi! My client just called me because he didn't get answer to his e-mail... Issue is that I haven't received one yet so I tested sending mails to my zoho mail adress on custom domain from different mail services. Received one from GMail, but mail from Outlook.com and Seznam.cz (biggest mail provider in Czech republic) are still lost... Any solutions?

I am using Outlook 2016 to access my account on desktop and Gmail client on Android OS. This error message just started happening within the past few weeks and keeps me from using Outlook. Hi everyone, I signed up a ZOHO account yesterday as the administrator of the group yesterday but after a few hours the account is disabled and I cannot log into my email anymore. The account is bind to my phone so I cannot register for a new one either. The only reason to get banned I can think about is the proxy I used to visit this site since it is blocked in some other site (I definitely did nothing harmful, it must be the IP itself been blacklisted). I contact email support but no reply yet.

Botched email sign up for a domain that I own
I tried signing up to have my domain's email hosted but during the process - when it sends a verification code to my cell phone - the page locked up. after refreshing the page it told me that my verification code was incorrect but the button to resend verification would not work. I closed out the browser completely and started all over, but now when I go back in to register the domain it just tells me that it's already registered. Hi earlier today I sent a support request from the (presales) page on zoho mail because I cannot send it from I had reset the password for our domain and verified via SMS and I get "password reset successful" But whenever I try to login, it fails and says invalid password. Problem signing up to Free business account with .gr domain
I'm having problems creating the account. I get an error saying "An error occurred". The domain is craig.gr - I had accidentally created this as a personal email account but deleted it all when I couldn't add the domain as it said it was restricted. Problem with sending limits on accounts
Hello, 2 users of the account have been legitimately sending mass emails to our membership database. However, as you may have guessed this has exceeded their sending limits and effectively locked their accounts. I have spoken to them and we have moved our mass mailers away from their normal mail accounts into mail chimp. Could you please unlock their account, I assure you it will not be in violation again.
