Greeting, my Zoho mail account has been blcoked for IMAP use on outlook. My outlook was receiving the message below : "Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen when you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections..." Can anyone assist on this? This also happened same goes to another email under same domain. I understand that the daily limit is 50 emails per day and 500 mb per day, if the plan contract $ 10 it increases these limits? and if another plan contract it increases the limit?

Can't Verfiy Domain!
Hi Zoho, I followed the instructions to verify my domain in order to set up the email but it still says its not verified no matter what I do! I've filled out an inquiry form and sent it to customer service a few days ago but haven't heard anything back. It's quite frustrating. As instructed, I attached a screen shot proving that the domain has been verified. The domain was bought through GoDaddy.ca on October 18, 2016 and will expiry on October 18, 2018. Please help me!
