Hi There We are having issues receiving email from few email adds. We can still receive emails from others but few emails wont get through like this email below. pls refer below for the bounce back email. What are the limits of a free account? And what the heck is Zoho really about? When am I considered a non-personal user?
I'm using Zoho only for personal usage. But still, I don't get it. What are the limitations of a free account? I had a look on this list: http://www.zoho.com/pricing.html and thought I might find a comparison table. But it only says "free for personal use". Well, that's nice. I see that there is "Zoho Business" for example, and of course it's logic that this has a price. But I don't understand, for example, if things like "Zoho Docs" or "Zoho Wiki" are free for personal use or not. Are these business

Hello, Since a few days i don't receive any mail anymore when my backup is finished (via a cron job). Auto Delete Trash Longer Increments
Is it possible to set your trash to auto empty itself in different increments than 30 days? I'd like to search my trash folder for something closer to 120 days as space is not really an issue. Thanks, -Este

So I'm not sure what's going on here, but I've been trying to send a copy of my pay slip to my account's email address and it just isn't arriving. He sent me a copy of his email address to me and that came through, but every time I try to send an email to him he never gets it. Anyone know what's going on here?

Odd problem with email on iOS devices

Unknown Host
We are unable to send or receive mail through Zoho using our Office365 server this morning. The error message is " The Server could not be connected. Check whether the Server is available to connect in the given name and port number. The account is disabled now, and when I try and enable it, it says that outlook.office365.com is an unknown host. It has been working fine for months, until this morning. Ideas on how to fix it?
IMAPPRO is not working since yesterday

Problems with syncronization and spam
Hi Zoho, Recently I have transferred my domain mails to Zoho. All users are receiving and sending e-mails through MS Outlook 2013, and we are facing 2 problems: 1 - When the e-mail is sent, 2 copies are saved at "Sent" folder: one is saved as a normal e-mail and the other as a spam mail. 2 - When synchronizing the e-mails, frequently we have an error (0x800CCC0F) that force us to send/receive couple of times till it works. Problems with ActiveSync
In the web mail interface I created a sub-folder under inbox and moved several emails into that folder. On my iPhone the folder is visible but without any contents and under outlook 2016 the whole folder is missing. Apart from that the ActiveSync is working really fine.

Blocked Account
I was notified that my account was blocked "WARNING : Mailbox size exceeded quota : 38,987 MB". I have spent the entire day moving the majority of my emails off of ZOHO and onto My Mac, but I have only seen a change of 5-6k MB less. WTF? Delayed email to certain domain
Hi, I am today finding that I cannot send emails from my accounts (any @ncertechs.com.au Zoho address) to a @ncer.com.au address (which is hosted with Office 365). Other users can send to this domain just fine, it's only the Zoho ones that can't get through. The emails appear to go through ok, but 4 hours later I receive an automated message informing me that the email was delayed. Are there routing issues or outages at the moment? Can someone please investigate and resolve the issue for me please?

I am getting this error from enrichesbusiness.com.au It is only some emails and not all emails. Some get through and some do not. This is seriously impacting our business. Cannot send emails via SMTP
When we use Zohomail to send confirmation emails for our web application, we are getting an exception that says "Javax.mail.MessagingException; Can't send command to SMTP host" The email id we are using to send the automated confirmation email is info@jodilogik.com.

Cannot find e-mails by text search
Zoho do not list all the e-mails sent or received to/from a especific e-mails adress or especific subject. For exemple, when I search all the e-mails sent to daniel.abood@vale.com, zoho didn't find the e-mail "Relatório de Despesas de Viagem - contrato 5900030904 - treinamento Tellus", sent on setp 28th, even I search for the subject or part of it.

Hi Team, I have purchased a new domain called coddlerbox.com in godaddy and hosted the website in Amazon Web Services(AWS). When I am trying to add verify the coddlerbox domain with zoho by using CNAME verification method it is not reflecting well. Can You please suggest me the alternate method to fix the issue asap.
