Domain name verification errors
I was trying to create a zoho mail account for the domain http://tajikaafrica.com but i couldn't go beyond the verification stage. i received the verification code on my phone but nowhere to enter it on the browser. now am trying to create the account again and am getting an error ( This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho) please help me create the account. thanks
User's Name/Nickname not properly shown in receiver's inbox
I have setup my profile correctly (nickname: North East Explorers) but still, when I send an email, in the receiver's inbox, the sender's name is shown as (rajiv.smu) and not North East Explorers. Can someone help me here? Thanks, Rajiv

Hi, We are having trouble with changing the display name for one of our email accounts. I have corrected the name by going to settings > Access old version for > Send Mail As - and updated, but this hasn’t propagated through into the system, and still showing the incorrect name. Sign Up Interrupted
I was mid sign up when I accidentally closed the window asking for my text message conformation code. I now can't get back to this page. When I try log in with the address neale@summersidekindergarten.org it doesn't recognise (this was the one i assigned as the sign up email) and if I go to start the process over it refuses saying summersidekindergarten.org is already registered - however the registration is now complete. Hi Admin One of my users is getting the error Mail Rate Exceeded Limit. But when I checked the logs under troubleshooting tab I don't see any of the accounts blocked. I'm already checking the user's computer to figure it out what's going on. I noticed i was getting bounce emails from other servers in my inbox a few days ago. Can't get messages that are from/to the same email...
I run a forum board that alerts me via email when new topics are posted. In the forum system, the "from" email is the same as the "to" email. In other words, the email is coming from and is to me. I am not receiving these emails. They don't even show up in spam. I've tried to change all types of spam configuration settings, but nothing is working. I've tested my forum email system and I know it is working when the from/to email is not the same. So I'm wondering if there is a setting in Zoho
Problems with incoming emails
For the past two days we have been sent emails by various organisations and these have not been received. Out of three emails sent to us yesterdat by one company, we only received one.We are now having problems as etickets and receipts for goods are not being received. I have, of course, checked my spam file, but with no success. What is happening? We have never had problems with Zoho before they havebeen brilliant, but this latest issue is becoming a real problem for us. Any suggestions?

Wrong characters in mail body
Hi When I rechieve mails in iso-8859-1 format I get wrong national characters in Outlook and iPhone. It looks fine in zoho webmail. I didn't have that problem at my previously email provider. How can I solve this issue in Zoho mail settings? I'm getting error messages saying that my account won't connect or I'm getting a "mailbox locked" message. However, when I shut my outlook down and reopen it, it then works. For my iphone, I have to reconnect it, then it works. Yet, I'll get the message again in 10 minutes. I have attached some screenshots. What do I need to do to fix this?
