Deleted contacts from group, but now removed completely.... HELP!
Hi there, I went to delete contacts from a category, but when I tried to remove them, selecting the category, then the contacts, then delete, it deleted the contacts completely, not just removed them from the group. How can I restore these contacts. Please help!

Hello. As many in the forums, I have been hit with the "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked". Even with a 1mb filesize, this is an issue. Zoho is awesome and works well, however for "unlimited" service, they seem pretty limited. Can an admin please raise my domain send/receive limit since I am a business and get over 100 emails a day from all emails. I have set up my CNAME for email with my registrar, but when using the zb code for verification, I am only taken in a circle back to the verification page. Alias limit not increased
According to this following thread, alias limit for users who signed-up earlier would be increased to 200. However, its been a year and I am still not able to create new aliases. It seems that alias limit per user has not increased for me. https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/this-user-has-reached-maximum-alias-limit#2266000006612017 Additionally, one of my user account is over limit (30+ aliases) however, I can not even add alias for another user which has only 3 aliases.

I have received this email the past couple days when trying to send email to 89 recipients, and it's the only email I've sent that day. I have clicked the link to unblock the email, but am still unable to send the message. I have also gone into the Control Panel, Troubleshoot, and looked to see if any of the accounts are blocked, but they are not. Please unblock, or advise how to fix. Thanks.
My incoming mail is going to spam
Recently (2 weeks ago) my incoming emails are going into my spam folder. Had no issues for nearly 3 months then it started all of the sudden. I did add the SPF TXT with my DNS manager as recommended on other post but in no avail. Senders under my white listed (contacts) are also going to SPAM. Any ideas on what else I can do? I have corrected the name by going to settings > Access old version for > Send Mail As - and updated, but this hasn’t propagated through into the system, and still showing the incorrect name. I was mid sign up when I accidentally closed the window asking for my text message conformation code. I now can't get back to this page. When I try log in with the address neale@summersidekindergarten.org it doesn't recognise (this was the one i assigned as the sign up email) and if I go to start the process over it refuses saying summersidekindergarten.org is already registered - however the registration is now complete. Hi Admin One of my users is getting the error Mail Rate Exceeded Limit. But when I checked the logs under troubleshooting tab I don't see any of the accounts blocked. I'm already checking the user's computer to figure it out what's going on.
