My user account p.dung@i-italyvietnam.com can't send email because of this problem "mail rate exceeded limit". Please help us to unblock this account

Receiving mail from my friend but when sending it gives me ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :5.7.1 . How do I fix?
Legitimate emails still going to spam
Hi, I'm a new user and a lot of my emails are going through to spam. I constantly mark them as not spam and I've added the email address to contacts but they're still going to spam. Why is this happening? How can a contact be considered spam by Zoho? Can you help me please? Craig

Why mail is not being delivered?
Hello, Since 2 weeks I am expereinced that I am sending emails to one of my contacts and in my mailbox it appears as sent, but the destinee is not receiving my emails. I have turned off conversation view and yet emails I respond to in my inbox are not marked as being replied to. Is there any way to turn this on?

Urgent - HREF Link is Missing in Email
Hi , We are sending email to users. When the user is getting email from Gmail, the HREF is coming properly . But the user is using Zohoemail, the HREF is missing . Please find the screenshot . The same email sent to a gmail user is able to see the HREF and click on the link. But if the user is a zoho user, the HREF is not coming there . It is the same code . For that matter , the same email, if the To is a gmail user and Bcc is Zohouser , the gmail users sees the HREF, while the Zoho user does

My email domain, hexhome@zoho.com has been blocked. I think that this was because I unwisely forwarded email from another account to it and it sent every email on it's server. I have stopped the forwarding and hope to get back to normal. Would it be possible to unblock me please. Thanks, Clive

I registered my Zoho Mail account a few days ago, and while the configurations were correct and I was able to send and receive e-mails just fine, it stopped working shortly thereafter. Whenever I attempt to log in to my zohomail, I'm informed that the "account is disabled". Zoho mail is becoming unusable, I'm having to use my gmail address whenever email a BT email address. I first get "Mail Delivery Status Notification (Delay)" and then a few days later I get "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" Are other people experiencing this problem and have you found a solution?

Zoho crashed
Once again, my email isn´t working. I want reading an email, i triend to send a reply and it just said sending.... and never sent. The app and web version are the same, and now i can´t even look at my inbox, it just sits there loading, but never loads. This breakdown in service happens nearly monthly. Can anyone recommend an alternative service to Zoho? Much appreciated

Account blocked for sending
Hi, A user (admin@citransportrepairs.com.au) cannot send any mail. They are receiving bounce back messages saying that sending is blocked. The bounce email says to go to www.mail.zoho/com/unblock, but that just redirects to the webmail login screen and doesn't offer any way to unblock the account. I've also checked in the Control Panel (under Troubleshooting) and the account isn't shown as being blocked. Can someone please unblock this account? If you could please also advise why it was blocked in
Email inactivity timeout
My company uses shared computers and we are having a problem that the email client is staying logged in. In other words, a person logs into his/her email and then exits the application when done. When the next person opens the app, it is still connected to the previous user. Is there a default inactivity logout (or a logout when closing the app) that can be set? I am receiving email, including Webhost000 email that my mail has been now created, but cannot still receive any email. Before receiving confirmation from Webhost when I was trying to send a mail to my new account I was receiving a failure notification, now I am not receiving any at all.
