Can you please re-enable email@pabeli.com? It has been disabled. How do you protect against email spoofing? I believe this is the reason that the account has been disabled.

Reseting automatic filters
Dear All at Zoho, recently subscribed as a paid user, i'm stucked with automatic filters that doesn't fit my needs and actually are sending all my emails in the inbox subfolders. Adding to that those automatic filters are improperly tagging emails that are not group emails, neither notifications nor list subscription as such. Resubmitting due to mail ID typo and error. I have been corresponding with a client today. Suddenly my replies are not allowed through. I am unclear on how to resolve the issue. The error text is captured below. domain name for a personal email account
I thought I could set up a personal domain for a personal email account? Have I misunderstood? I am not a business but what to move from Yahoo, and set up a personal email at a domain something like landr@surname.co.uk. or .com But when I logged on it only seems to me give the zoho.com option. Have I missed the point or an option when I set up the account?

Mail API
I read the documentation on the new Zoho Mail API, but I'm having trouble getting a particular post to work. I'm trying to create an email address/account using the built in APIs. I was able to create my authentication token and retrieve my organization info using it, so I've verified that it works. However, when I try to create the email address, it returns a 200 code with all of my user information and doesn't create the account. Any advice, or could any provide an example of this API in use?

Hi, I am looking to move my custom domain email info@mydomain.com to Zoho. Previously, this email was attached to outlook.com using custom email settings. This has been in place for a number of years but a couple of years ago Microsoft stopped allowing custom domains to work with outlook.com mailboxes. New email customer IMAP not working
Entered a help ticket and expected a call at 6:30 eastern US time Mon 10 Oct but did not get a call. Also when I attempt to view my help requests I am told I am not a valid user. Are the help tickets only for paying customers? After I detrmine that Zoho email actually works I would be more than happy to pay including for support.
