Hello, Jaffrina from customer service was going to consult this problem with Zoho Mail developers. I post this here to see if others experienced same issue: Losing emails in pst migration process into Zoho. Illustration: Carrefour folder was moved into its own pst file and uploaded. Zoho lost 58 e-mails (1993 in outlook and migration tool log, to only 1963 in Zoho and later down to 1935. Originally 1993 emails Verified by migration tool log to be 1.993 emails too When reaching zoho, scrolling down

Account Blocked - Business Impacting Issue
Hi, One of the accounts in our organization has been blocked and the reason is simply mentioned as "unknown" in the Mail&Docs control panel. Could you please unblock it since we need to carry on day to day business communications through it. Also let me know why it was blocked. Don't think we exceeded 10 per day bounce or 250 mails a day outgoing limit. Email ID is: info(at)karpassa(dot)com I have also attached screenshot. Hi, When I went to sign up a new account I accidently entered an old mobile number, so I couldn't complete signup. When I try to sign up again I get the error "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho". My domain is macreadierealty.com.au. Using the outlook app from microsoft with zoho via exchange protocol, and using mail app on windows 10 with zoho exchange protocol, all messages are showing as being sent twice, but they are only sent once. Can this be rectified please? Thanks

When I create CNAME in my DNS provider' profile and set it to ZOHO Mail, would it route only emails to ZOHO or my web site as well? I have a web site on a server which works pretty well, but I need to migrate my email elsewhere - how could I do it without moving my web site anywhere from where it is now?
